Withdrawal still pending after 12 days

Hello,


I have an open withdrawal from 06-12-2023.

It still says its pending right now.

I have submitted my KYC documents on that same day and got an email reponse.

It said they had acquired all the required documents for KYC and that it would take up to 48 hrs to verify my account.

Haven't had a response after that.

I contact their customer support live chat, only a couple of times.

It's usually the same person giving me around the same answers.

Live chat isn't responsible for withdrawals and "I forwarded your request to the financial department"

No responses or email or anything after that anymore.

Pls can you help..

If u need any screenshots or proof u can ask me, thanks.

Sorry I forgot. The pending withdrawal is an amount of 629 euro's.
It has been open since 06-12-2023.
I am trying to add a screenshot through the attach files underneath here but I get an upload error.

I requested a withdrawal one month ago after 5 crypto deposits of nearly the same amount of money I requested in my withdrawal. My account was already verified, I do not have multiple accounts. They have responded on a couple of occasions saying they have a backlog of withdrawal requests and that is the reasoning for the delay. IT'S BEEN A MONTH SINCE MY WITHDRAWAL REQUEST. They claim to process crypto payments in 24 hours for verified accounts.

The same response template they are using for at least 20 other individuals with unpaid claims. I have yet to encounter a single person claiming they received money from this "business"

I have screenshots from my user account showing:

You can see by the transaction ID's that they not doing an overwhelming number of transactions...not so much that they don't have the ability to process payments within a month for crypto which I regularly see within minutes to hours at most legit casinos.

And it's not like I killed them with my win...I gave them over $500 in deposits. They didn't struggle to process those incoming payments.
