Plz help me receive my money

Hi,

I played at this casino, made some win and completed verification to withdraw my win about 300€ but nothing happens.

Support always answers but tells me the same

"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delayed payment. We are working tirelessly to expedite the process and are grateful for your understanding. Your complaint will be promptly communicated to the finance department."

Now its the same for two months or longer.

I requested a withdrawal one month ago after 5 crypto deposits of nearly the same amount of money I requested in my withdrawal. My account was already verified, I do not have multiple accounts. They have responded on a couple of occasions saying they have a backlog of withdrawal requests and that is the reasoning for the delay. IT'S BEEN A MONTH SINCE MY WITHDRAWAL REQUEST. They claim to process crypto payments in 24 hours for verified accounts.

correspondence from Dec 22:

"Hi, Rich Boyce!

We appreciate your patience as we work through a backlog of payments. Rest assured, we're actively resolving the issue and will have your payment processed as soon as possible.

Best regards

Wagerinox"

They're response to my lcb.org forum post about this nonpayment

" We appreciate your patience as we work through a backlog of payments. Rest assured, we're actively resolving the issue and will have your payment processed as soon as possible."

The same response template they are using for at least 20 other individuals with unpaid claims. I have yet to encounter a single person claiming they received money from this "business"

I have screenshots from my user account showing:

ID DATE AMOUNT TYPE STATUS

3655 2023-12-18 600.00 withdraw pending

3643 2023-12-18 67.00 deposit OK

3618 2023-12-17 72.00 deposit OK

3471 2023-12-17 94.00 deposit OK

3053 2023-12-16 94.00 deposit OK

3033 2023-12-16 90.00 deposit OK

You can see by the transaction ID's that they not doing an overwhelming number of transactions...not so much that they don't have the ability to process payments within a month for crypto which I regularly see within minutes to hours at most legit casinos.

And it's not like I killed them with my win...I gave them over $500 in deposits. They didn't struggle to process those incoming payments.

The casino does not pay my pending withdrawal of €900.

The casino does not check and verify my account.

The support team sends me helpless excuses and explanations by email and makes promises that are not kept. In other words: absolutely nothing happens, just as described in the other unanswered complaints about this casino on the askgamblers.com website.

Attached are screenshots a) of the casino website showing the withdrawal amount and the unverified profile and b) of my communication with the casino support.

Please help, dear askgamblers.com team. Thanks in advance!

Hello,

I have an open withdrawal from 06-12-2023.

It still says its pending right now.

I have submitted my KYC documents on that same day and got an email reponse.

It said they had acquired all the required documents for KYC and that it would take up to 48 hrs to verify my account.

Haven't had a response after that.

I contact their customer support live chat, only a couple of times.

It's usually the same person giving me around the same answers.

Live chat isn't responsible for withdrawals and "I forwarded your request to the financial department"

No responses or email or anything after that anymore.

Pls can you help..

If u need any screenshots or proof u can ask me, thanks.
