I requested a withdrawal one month ago after 5 crypto deposits of nearly the same amount of money I requested in my withdrawal. My account was already verified, I do not have multiple accounts. They have responded on a couple of occasions saying they have a backlog of withdrawal requests and that is the reasoning for the delay. IT'S BEEN A MONTH SINCE MY WITHDRAWAL REQUEST. They claim to process crypto payments in 24 hours for verified accounts.

The same response template they are using for at least 20 other individuals with unpaid claims. I have yet to encounter a single person claiming they received money from this "business"

You can see by the transaction ID's that they not doing an overwhelming number of transactions...not so much that they don't have the ability to process payments within a month for crypto which I regularly see within minutes to hours at most legit casinos.

And it's not like I killed them with my win...I gave them over $500 in deposits. They didn't struggle to process those incoming payments.

Delayed 300e payment

Hi,

I played at this casino, made some win and completed verification to withdraw my win about 300€ but nothing happens.

Support always answers but tells me the same

Now its the same for two months or longer.

The winnings are not paid out for a week

Hello, I registered at this casino, made a deposit on January 14 for 250% cryptobonus, played it back, played a little more and stopped at 200 USD. I tried to put on a withdrawal and it gave out some kind of error, the support chat did not work and left this question the next day. On January 15, I wrote to the support chat about the withdrawal, they did something there and it was delivered, they also asked for verification to send them a driver's license, a screen of the deposit from the crypto wallet and a bank statement to confirm the address. I threw it all off right away, and immediately received a reply that the documents were accepted and reviewed within 48 hours. After this time, I contacted the support chat, they said the account was verified. The application was still waiting, I did not cancel it. On the 17th, I contacted the support chat again, I wanted to find out about the payment terms, for which they told me there was no exact time and assured me that the withdrawal would be executed as soon as possible. Another day passed and today, on January 18, I contacted the support chat again, I was again assured that they were working hard and I would receive the money as soon as possible. Today is January 23rd, money is not being paid, the support chat always responds with templates.

The casino does not pay my pending withdrawal of €900.

The casino does not check and verify my account.

The support team sends me helpless excuses and explanations by email and makes promises that are not kept. In other words: absolutely nothing happens, just as described in the other unanswered complaints about this casino on the askgamblers.com website.

This casino doesn't pay

Hello. On the December 9th i have placed an withdrawal request in this casino. My account is validated and i have placed 1800€ for withdrawal. Since today the money hasn’t been sent and i don’t think i will ever get it. The agent in live chat is always a “mila” which gives automatic answers most of the time. Ive tried to reach out by email but they always say the same. They have a backlog and my payment should be processed soon. Im starting to think this casino is a scam. Please help me if you can. For new players, don’t play here. Believe me. There are plenty other good casinos to play on.
