Casino does not pay 900 Euro withdrawal

The casino does not pay my pending withdrawal of €900.

The casino does not check and verify my account.

The support team sends me helpless excuses and explanations by email and makes promises that are not kept. In other words: absolutely nothing happens, just as described in the other unanswered complaints about this casino on the askgamblers.com website.

Attached are screenshots a) of the casino website showing the withdrawal amount and the unverified profile and b) of my communication with the casino support.

Please help, dear askgamblers.com team. Thanks in advance!

The casino wrote me a week ago that they verified my account (see attached picture for proof). Meaning: there is no reason anymore not to pay out my winnings.

I know that I will probably not receive the money because:

a) the casino still does not pay for three weeks now.
b) the so-called „support“ just gives me cheap excuses over and over again, typical for scammers.
c) the casino does not even react or reply to this complaint here, showing everyone that they do not care about their image at all (also typical for scammers)

My summary: When you deposit money in this casino, it is definetely gone forever. I recommend everyone to never play there.

I requested a withdrawal one month ago after 5 crypto deposits of nearly the same amount of money I requested in my withdrawal. My account was already verified, I do not have multiple accounts. They have responded on a couple of occasions saying they have a backlog of withdrawal requests and that is the reasoning for the delay. IT'S BEEN A MONTH SINCE MY WITHDRAWAL REQUEST. They claim to process crypto payments in 24 hours for verified accounts.

The same response template they are using for at least 20 other individuals with unpaid claims. I have yet to encounter a single person claiming they received money from this "business"

I have screenshots from my user account showing:

You can see by the transaction ID's that they not doing an overwhelming number of transactions...not so much that they don't have the ability to process payments within a month for crypto which I regularly see within minutes to hours at most legit casinos.

And it's not like I killed them with my win...I gave them over $500 in deposits. They didn't struggle to process those incoming payments.
