I had held back from signing up at this casino simply because it didn't have my favourite Microgaming games, but all that has now changed for the better. First and foremost, I must admit that I was, and still is, very impressed with the selection of games available at the casino! There's Microgaming, my most wanted game provider, hehehe, and there's also Play'nGo, my second favourite, and including a host of other game providers too, which aren't that important to me as yet. Their games just couldn't attract me enough to stick with them! BetSoft and NetEnt games, on the other hand, are games that I would avoid playing if given the choice, and I definitely wouldn't play them with my deposit money, but only with given free spins on them!

But of course, not everything is that good with Vikingheim Casino. Their website suffers a lot from lagging, for one reason or another, so navigating from one webpage to another can be time wasting and irritating as well! With my slow 2G internet connection, there was simply no way of playing any games for me - the games just wouldn't start loading up and would just hang and hang forever! On that one particular day, my ISP was crawling, so I wasted half a day in trying to load up a game, and without success too! Argh!

Thankfully, their Live Chat service was efficient and fast. I got my deposit bonus manually credited in when it didn't show after making my first deposit, and later on, those 50 free spins on NetEnt's Scruffy Duck was also credited in without any fuss from the lady host. She was, in fact, very efficient and knowledgeable, and would also include the terms of the bonus and free spins for me to look at, but of course, I had already seen and read them, hehehe. Nonetheless, that's how a good Live Chat service should be!

Okay, some things are good, but some aren't. The lagging webpages is one bad point for the casino, and the high turnover requirement of 30x the deposit and bonus amount is another. The wagering amount that I had to complete for my deposited money, the bonus money, plus the free spins winnings, were just too much! Even after playing for 2 long days and nights, I could only complete 58% of the total wagering requirement. At first glimpse this casino looked great. Then the lagging and hanging of the casino software start. U have to log in and out, restart browser and so on in order to get beck into the casino.

I actually one some money but since I am norwegian I cannot withdraw to my bank account unless I use skrill. This is very weird since I used my visa to deposit. The layout seems decent layout and they have some good slot providers

On my 2nd deposit at vikingheim I was told the transaction was ok and money was deducted from my bank but no funds ever showed up in my casino account. I asked live support and they told me not to worry, "tomorrow when the financial department comes back to work it will all be sorted." I made 2 more deposits and they worked fine. Now it is soon 3 days and no money has been returned. Obviously the live support lied to make me play more as she had no idea. The worst part is that no one there knows where my money has gone.

After the 2 deposits I mentioned I decided to get a deposit limit. This was not possible to do myself even if it is stated to be so on the site. I asked live support and they told me to send an email. I did so but nothing happened. Today I was told that they email was "down" (wtf) and to try again. This cost me 200 euros as I played more, but according to their Terms and conditions this was my problem. On top off this the site lags a lot and has several technical issues. STAY AWAY. I will also file a complaint if I do not receive my missing money within a few more days.
