I like about 99 percent of Videoslots its a smooth ride being a member spanning now 6 years or so seen a few changes over the years but always been treated fairly, loads of games to play and the environment is stable and smooth, lot of tournaments and free rolls, and their the fastest paying casino that I've come across nothing has beaten it yet from what I've seen.

Ok ill talk about the one percent which is not really ....an issue as such their model has moved toward automation and the implementation I understand makes things more seamless ...though I don't fully agree with the loyalty department being disabled there's the one percent and enough said.

Despite my country being restricted from late 2017 Videoslots continued to let me play until March 2019.
In the last 3 months of play they checked my identity on several occasions so were well aware of my nationality. As a Loyalty member and a medium to high roller for 3 years I was poorly compensated for my loyalty. i stayed because my other choices were limited and because i had some decent wins on their site.
When the decision was made in March to close my account for regional reasons Videoslots could not even be bothered to send me an email to communicate what was happening. They simply prevented me from depositing and then when I contacted support was told my country was no longer supported. I completely understand why my account was closed. What i don't understand is the cold disrespectful way it was executed.
What i do understand is the reason why Videoslots continues to slide down user review ratings. If i was an investor with Videoslots i would be strongly questioning executive changes to player benefits. The changes are not being well received by those remaining in your customer base. They are running your investment into the ground. Videoslots once had a lot of success because their Executive had industry expertise. Same cannot be said now.
12 months ago i would have been devastated to lose my Videoslots account. Fortunately Videoslots downhill slide makes other options more palatable.

Many changes had been made here making this site a pure joke. Loyalty rewards are handpicked probably only available to high rollers and affiliates.

This is no longer a casino I can play at because the back office has dissapeared. I had a couple of small issues with cashout that could have ben solved in 1 hour. It took 7 days and every time i contacted them it was like I was back to square one. Plus it was suggested it was my fault for not reading the terms and conditions! No you don't need my user name and details because I have now cashed out and I am going somewhere else.

Customer support is so disrespectful and not educated, which changes if you win or lose. When you lose they love you, when you win you are almost considered an enemy.
My RTP section is unclear and not even customer support knows how to read it. They repeatedly avoid any questions that might be tricky, instead you get some "gamble responsibly" default answers which have nothing to do with the question asked.
Loyalty program is worse then ever with so-called Weekend Boosters which give you petty cash in regards to deposit you make (i deposited 700 Euro in one month, got 20 Euro back divided into 3 payments).
Welcome bonus is also one of the worst there is. It's released slowly as you progress with wager, which they forgot to say when I asked them specificaly before depositing and creating account.
For me in general, very bad experience, never saw such a bad service from any of the casinos i played on.

This Casino was good once - But I'm not sure whats going on behind the scenes ? They have made a lot of changes and have removed a lot of good games !
1.) They have have a weekend booster - that doesn't pay anything .
2.) They had a second ladder achievement contest with a pool of money per week that you could achieve - is now removed ?
3.) Bonus Wheel has been added ?
4.) SNG's contests you never win ..

And the battles are much worse than before, there are much more players and winnings are so little ...may be only 5 or 10 spins and those all may be then dead spins and win nothing. Can sometimes be quick to withdraw. Freerolls when you spend all your money without winning

The rtp for this site is very low. Over 600£ without a feature on 20-40p spins. Didn’t count the spins but would think it was into the 3/4 thousand. My rtp was 77% supposedly. Even though I didn’t get a win bigger then 15x. This was mostly on book of dead which you would think would feature every 200-300 spins. Not on this site. Stay clear!! Scam site. It would get 0 stars but I’m not able to rate it that low. So 1 star will have todo.

Played a lot of money at videoslots, so I can say that it gives me a feeling that its hard to win something here!!
There rewards or also not attractive for high rollers its always on lowest bet mostly 10 or 20 line slots.

Live support completely useless don't help me with my case. I talk with a girl under name "Elin B" so if you get this person expect no help from her.

Anyway, I have been playing on Videoslots longer time, sometimes when I play, I log out of nowhere, when I get logout I don't get any bonuses at all this is not first time its happens to me. Sometimes I don't care about it but this time I wanted to ask live support why this happen and how can they take my money from my game account when I'm not login? How can this be possible?

Anyway I went to live support and like I wrote up I did not get any help at all after talking with some "Elin B"When this happens, it is impossible to get a bonus. The game rolls on and the money is drawn from my game account.

Today I played over 800 spins on "who wanna be a millionaire" When I didn't get the bonus and did finish my playing I wanted to log out then I saw that I was already logged out?

The customers, speaking of my own experience, are often treated like children, especially when breaking the weird rules in the Battle chat.
I complained in the chat about some weird things going on during the freeroll battles, like, for example, players winning incredibly huge amounts of points with the first spin already without even bonus or freespin features, plus the missing spins and points towards the end of the freerolls. Without any warning I was banned from the chat for a week.

As if this wasn't ridiculous enough because they could at least have warned me before that, I later accidentally wrote a sentence in German in the chat. This sentence wasn't meant for the freeroll battle but for my collegue in Skype and actually didn't have anything to do with Videoslots.
So I received a "warning" for that and was told that a ban would follow the next time when breaking the rules.
Sorry, but accidents can happen. Some people don't even know about those rules and some others simply don't speak English.
It would be enough to point out the rules instead of awarning and banning people as if we were at school and had thrown tomatoes at the teacher.
I am above my 50s and don't need to be "warned" and educated.

Later I tried to join a freeroll battle but noticed that I could not register. So I asked the support and was told that such things sometimes happen and that he (Yordi) could not do anything about it.
It's weird that "technical errors" have always happened whenever Yordi was working in the chat, a very young support agent who had spoken to me very disrespectfully in the past by describing me as a noob among other things.
I complained about all that and told him to take this to the relevant sites on the internet.
When a short time later I tried to play the freespins I had won my account was deactivated.
Another chat agent told me that my account was under review but could not tell me why or who had prompted it.
I continued complaining about the whole situation and stated that this was chicanery.
There was no reason for my account to be checked.
The support in the emails didn't help me either and I told them that by deactivating my account they prevented me from playing the freerolls for which I had deposited and wagered thousands of Euros.
I couldn't even play my freespins.

The next day I went into the English chat and my account was reactivated again.
I was told that this was a security check and that I had been told to verify my account earlier by sending in documents because before cashing out every account has to be verified.
Well, I have ever been told by Videoslots to verify my account simply because I have never ever withdrawn. I don't have any money in my account that could be cashed out, so the reason for the security check was not valid.

Obviously, the block happened because of me complaining. Obviously they try to educate their customers by playing such weird games.
