Not so much to dislike, most of my interactions with the casino have been pretty good. Maybe customer support could have been faster to answer sometime, but very minor and secondary complaint.

They messed up the freeroll! With having to accumulate 2500xp every 30days and introducing rounders ticket battle. No deposit bonus ever only once at sign up. Clash of spins is horrible.

It was already much more realistic to meet the requirements for participating in freerolls.

REALLY ??? lol.. So sad. Less than 15 points away. This never happened to me in the past. Tells me more than I can explain.

2) So little cash rewards for so much time and money spent. Has greatly changed.

3) I miss Dan, who used to reply to all messages and now all I see is "VS Team" replying. Guess they want to remain anonymous.

4) Believe it or not, one time I was commenting on a battle and one of the mediators called me crazy and an idiot ??? Wow, then they put a scraggly little demon next to my name for awhile. I wish I would have saved that comment, so to agree with some reviews, customer service or moderators need to remain professional. If I wrote something they didn't like don't condescend. 5) So, of course they always like to say they don't control the game results but is it just me or have winnings gone so down that there used to be times I used to win big. Fast withdrawal process is the only good thing here. Apart from that there is nothing else that i found good about Videoslots. They have a lot of slots and providers, but most are updated only late. Don't expect exclusives.

Loyalty program is just awful. Weekend boosters are ridiculous - meaning if you spend 100 Euro, you will probably get about 0.5%, or 0.50 Euro back as weekend booster. Apart from that you have so-called Clash of Spins which are in reality annoying pop-ups which allow you to earn free spins (Mostly you get 5 per slot so there is no chance you actually hit anything, ofc lowest possible value stake, and often not even able to use if that particular slot is not allowed in your country!)

Customer support is also very bad. They don't know how to solve problems or help out, only pretend to be polite to the point where it becomes irritating. You come to them with a problem, and you are clearly not happy about it, and they will ask you how is your day, or how are you feeling. Instead of problem solving, they will probably just quote a paragraph from rules section, which usually has nothing to do with what you asked for. Simply annoying.

This is not really a negative aspect, but Videoslots is not able to change the currency you play with.
