Great customer support, super helpful in multiple occasions (changing majority of deposits so I could withdraw with alternate ways, retrieving free spins that were stuck and more). I guess I wish there were more deposit bonuses optional. The alternate rewards do make up for it but sometimes its just nice to play longer with your money right at that moment instead of received a weekend booster later. Sometimes randomly there are bonuses offered. No biggie though. The deposit bonuses that you do get, have to be wagered in order to release the money to play with. Would prefer it to be used for playing immediately and have a wager requirement.

Bonuses are a joke. Customer service is not really interested, they have standard answers on everything you ask. Site is confusing. I don't know about withdrawal times, I did not manage to withdraw anything. I lost tons of money, and when asked for a bonus, I got answer that is automatically generated while I am playing. I waited and of the week to see how much it is, and that is when I decided to close my account. I closed it for next 5 years. Never again. Nightmare.

Bonus terms are a joke and support was not available at all I couldn't even ring them I had to wait for them to ring me back and the person who did was very unhelpful and didn't seem at all interested in my problem. He actually said 'oh well that's life' when I told him I couldn't use my bonus funds.

Since Dan is not there the casino has changed a lot. Yesterday I could not get my withdrawal because I needed to verify one of my card.
To verify just one card used to be easy and fun. I sent them plenty of pics of my card and they rejected. All of them.

Withdraw time... two weeks ago I withdraw money at 17pm and 22:30pm on Thursday, and I get money on Friday 1:30am and 8:37am. Yesterday(Monday) I withdraw money from 22:30pm till 23:35pm (4 withdraws). So I was happy that I get money unfortunately, they do not have them so far. I understand that when you withdraw money on Friday, money will be on your account by Monday but if you withdraw on normal working days money should be on account around same time like withdraws before.
