Worst customer service ever. They will just reply with a proforma “ I wish I could help you, but my hands are tied here.” like you were talking to a robot. They also cancelled my bonus without elaborating and just said that it was cancelled due to security reasons.

I really like this casino. Withdrawals are pretty fast, but not instant like some other crypto casinos. I like how they convert crypto to euro seamlessly.

I like this casino a lot. As an active and very regular user of online casinos I find that they pay out way more than real life casinos. After losing a big amount of money on other casinos this casino has seemed to keep me entertained while at the same time giving me good wins. Their weekly promotions and originally welcome bonuses are nothing to be forgotten about to.
I didn't like longer payout requests processing, it might take more than 24 hours in some cases. Live support was not very helpful as well. Would be 10/10 if these things were much better.

Like I said, the promotions could’ve been better. I hate the fact that the first deposit bonus is affiliated with the Book of Dead game. That’s a dead game already. Pretty much everything. Anonymity, for starters while I am well above legal age it’s nice being able to play and withdraw without have to link a bank account and release other personal info. ( granted as long as you stick with crypto as deposits and withdraws are concerned). Which by the way crypto withdraws, are more or less instant , I’ve withdrawn many times and well over 4 digit mark as for dollar value and never did it take longer then a couple few hours. Nothing really only thing is when you are in the slot game menus and scrolling up or down it tends to glitch and not track touch screen input it gets jumpy sometimes on iPad or iPhone. But that’s nothing they are still a ten!!!

Was sent an email about voting for frueflips site for a bonus (and considering I have made a few deposits in the past I thought I would) only to be told that the voting bonus games cannot be played by anyone in Australia. No exchange of games or anything just a deposit bonus if I would like to make a deposit. If your casino doesn't honour its bonuses to certain countries whether they are free spins or deposit bonuses don't send the players from those countries emails asking them to glorify ur casino for promos they cannot even receive or take part in.
