Thrill casino was one of the casinos that became quite popular especially of the wager free spins and promos that they offered with free spins.

I signed up a very long while ago and got no 10 no deposit free spins. At the time, the free spins had a standard wagering of x35 the winnings. I have not managed to complete wagering and soon after decided to claim the welcome package, which was 100% and 50 free spins on starbust. All bonuses had a wagering of x35 the bonus amount.

The navigation of the website looked fine and easy. I saw on Askgamblers that they had slots from Netent, PlaynGo, Betsoft, Yggdrasil and others. However, I could only see Netent and PlaynGo slots available and could not understand why. I contacted support and they gave me the license restrictions nonsense is why I could only play those 2 providers.

This was the casino I had some serious wins but my bet was always minimum while completing wagering requirements. I had a full screen of Dracula's during free spins on Dracula slot, which paid $80 at minimum bet. I played Gemix and had 15 stars, which paid $100 on $0.10. I guess I was scared to place big bets then. I had a wagering of $1200 if I was not mistaken, but did not complete wagering even though I had 2 huge wins.

Treat their customers like dirt. Sent them my Validate UK ID card as proof and they turn round and say this isn't valid proof of ID.

I love the modern design at Thrills, although it doesn't quite seem as revolutionary as it did when I first signed up it is still a very attractive and well thought out website. I've not been invited to the VIP club and I think I should of been by now lol, I'm unsure what you have to do to be invited because I regularly deposit good amounts. Ok firstly I would like to apologies to Thrills for what was pointed out by AskGamblers as a negative review based on how I thought a game should go then didn't, I meant no offence by my comments... so on with my review.

I deposited again and played a lot of different games at Thrills games even I haven't seen before:) enjoyed these, even winning a little went to withdraw and was overjoyed to hear I didn't have to go through the sometimes stressful verification process on first withdrawal. Customer service was polite and helpful so in conclusion a nice professional site and hope to play here for some time.

The support here is bad. I actually feel like they're taking the piss. To be honest I cant think of any thing I didnt like as it has all been fantastic.

I was really quite surprised to see Thrills Casino had achieved such a low score here at AskGamblers as I’ve always found them to be very good quality in the short time they have been operating. I browsed a selection of the reviews posted by other members and it does appear that there are an awful lot of people falling foul of terms and conditions – this is really very unfortunate particularly when the majority of such cases are based on extremely common scenarios such as betting too highly whilst a bonus is in play or having self-excluded at another casino from the same group as Thrills.

On the positive side, the casino is extremely well designed and has a very modern look and feel – this seems to be common amongst the properties operated by this group such as Kaboo and SuperLenny. They all have an excellent choice of game providers too, the only noticeable omission from my view is Playtech, although it seems to be extremely rare to find Playtech games on the same site as Microgaming and NetEnt for some reason (Bet365 is one notable exception).

Bonus offers are great although they can be a little rarer than I would like. 30x bonus wagering for the welcome offer is amongst the best around these days and is definitely worth taking if still available when you come to sign up – just be sure to read all the terms and conditions!

I think that perhaps more work could be done in making those people who are going to accept a bonus aware of all the requirements they need to adhere to in order to get paid if they are lucky. Good collection of slots, well designed site with easy navigation and withdrawal is super fast. Ever since The site updated there was a problem on my account where I couldn't deposit. I contacted support more than once, explained the problem, I was told to clear the history, cookies etc on my device, try different computers try different web browsers on both mobile and laptops which I did, more than 3 times there was still a problem! So I sent an email (more than one) hoping it might getd ealt with better, I uploaded a screenshot and a video of what was happening.
