Syndicate Casino - My withdrawal of 2100 Eur is pending since Friday

I requested a withdrawal on the 10/11/23 and have not received my withdrawal of 2100.

I have been on there on line chat and all I keep getting is it takes 24 hours. It's now 5 days and I still have not received my withdrawal.

I have mailed them so many times and keep been told the same thing and that there is a high load of withdrawal at present

Hi , I don't like to make complaints but my verification to that casino takes a long time. I sent all my documents from 12 / 10 and most of them still pending. Only my ID decline and they sent me email. I sent them again my ID and get accepted. The rest still pending. I don't have any problem with casino but I worry about this. If 1 document is declined, why should I have to wait another 5 days ? Thanks

Syndicate Casino - Cashout problem

Hi;

I made a withdrawal with bitcoin on 12 January, and they said to me it takes 5 banking days.

And today 21 January there is no action. I contact customer support several times but no specific answer about it.

They just say wait. Yes, I've waited for 9 days.

My account is fully verified, and deposit with bitcoin and cashout with bitcoin too.

It's only 100 euros, why it takes too long?

I hope it s gonna be faster solution after they read this.

Syndicate Casino - Delaying Payment and removing skrill

I have a fully verified account with Syndicate casino and I am having issues withdrawing my funds.

I deposited with Skrill and withdrew using the same method. I was then asked for verification of my Skrill account which I uploaded - I then went to make the withdrawal again and Skrill had vanished from the options. Chat could not tell me why.

I have previously used card to deposit so I withdrew my money via card and they have declined it. I have been on chat and emailed them but they cannot give me a reason as to why and they are now ignoring me.

This is for a very small amount of money. I do not know why they allowed me to use Skrill to withdraw once and then deleted that option, I was under the impression they were meant to offer the same deposit and withdrawal method to avoid money laundering.

Syndicate Casino - Not willing to help accordingly with missing deposit

I deposited $100 via Neosurf 48 hours ago. I have sent screenshots of the voucher that I used and also the proof from Neosurf that the money went into Syndicates account. The funds have not been deposited to my account as yet.. I have told Syndicate how to contact Neosurf to get the proof of deposit but they are not interested and tell me that they are investigating the matter. It is not good enough to just keep customers waiting this long. If I can contact Neosurf and find out who the money was paid to then so can Syndicate! Bad customer relations.

Syndicate Casino - Troubles requesting a withdrawal

I have attempted to withdraw from syndicate casino 4 times now to skrill. Each time my withdrawal is cancelled. I am fully verified.

When I seek help on chat or email they seem to think I am attempting to withdraw via bank transfer but I am not (see screengrabs attached).

I am at a stalemate now. I deposited with skrill and wish to withdraw with skrill and the email does not seem to accept I have never attempted to use a bank transfer? So they advice they are giving me is not relevant and I am currently stuck in this endless loop with the casino where they are giving me irrelevant information.

Please can askgamblers help mediate this so we can get this issue resolved.

On the 4/12 I performed a withdrawal to Credit card of 1500.15. After a few days, I received saying it was approved. I waited for my funds nothing. After having to contact this casino I had to submit my bank statements to prove I had not received the payment which I submitted.

I withdrew 8000 from syndicate 6 days ago and apparently they're having issues with the payment provider one minute I'm told they don't know who the payment provider is and then the next they're saying it's my bank. The vip staff all say different things about it it's almost as if they've lost 8000.

They can't give me even a rough estimate of when I will know why the issue even is, after telling me that I would hear between 3-8 hours they then called me and told me that my money is being held by the payment provider and the lady on the phone 'gemma' told me she doesn't even know who the payment provider is only the billing department does so they're VIP MANAGER who can't do anything to help or can't see anything

They have a nice loyalty program and lots of games available from different providers. Their customer support is friendly an they're always ready to help.

My biggest problem with this casino is their max bet of 100$ for live table games on Evolution. That should be explicitly stated in their T&C and i had to inquire customer service about this.
This really limits your play style and holds you back from winning big amounts if you play exclusively Live games. I hope they change this rule in the future to enhance my experience at Syndicate.
