Not willing to help accordingly with missing deposit
I deposited $100 via Neosurf 48 hours ago. I have sent screenshots of the voucher that I used and also the proof from Neosurf that the money went into Syndicates account. The funds have not been deposited to my account as yet.. I have told Syndicate how to contact Neosurf to get the proof of deposit but they are not interested and tell me that they are investigating the matter. It is not good enough to just keep customers waiting this long. If I can contact Neosurf and find out who the money was paid to then so can Syndicate! Bad customer relations.
