However, their management (Gerald) explicitly emailed me admitting to the delay, stating they have "no exact timeline," and surprisingly suggested I go file complaints instead of paying my legitimate winnings. This is a clear delay tactic to frustrate me into canceling the withdrawal, which I have not done.

> I have attached screenshots as undeniable proof: My pending withdrawal from 02.07, chat logs confirming my fully verified KYC status, and the recent email from their manager admitting they surpassed the 48-hour limit.
