> I am experiencing an unjustified and severe delay with my €2,000 withdrawal from Syndicate Casino.

> Here are the facts of my case:
> Withdrawal Date:
02.07.2026 (It has been over 7 days).
> Withdrawal Amount:€2,000
> KYC Status: Fully verified. (Confirmed in writing by their support and management).
> Gameplay: Pure raw cash. NO bonuses were used, and there are absolutely no wagering requirements to review.
>
> Their terms state a 48-hour processing time. However, their management (Gerald) explicitly emailed me admitting to the delay, stating they have "no exact timeline," and surprisingly suggested I go file complaints instead of paying my legitimate winnings. This is a clear delay tactic to frustrate me into canceling the withdrawal, which I have not done.
>
> I have attached screenshots as undeniable proof: My pending withdrawal from 02.07, chat logs confirming my fully verified KYC status, and the recent email from their manager admitting they surpassed the 48-hour limit.
>
> I kindly ask for your assistance in making the casino process my €2,000 withdrawal immediately. Thank you.
