My bank statement was rejected without giving reasons

I've been trying to verify my account since the end of February without success. According to the casino's rules, bank statements from the last 90 days are permitted to verify the address. I sent such a document. It was rejected without giving reasons. The same document was accepted by all casinos I played at, including dama nv group casinos. I then sent 3 emails asking me to explain the reasons for the rejection, but received no response. I'm now looking forward to the casino's response to this complaint.

Regarding the recent withdrawal attempt on 28.03, it was canceled due to pending KYC verification requirements. The user's claim of an error on 11.03 was addressed, but unfortunately, they did not provide the requested screenshot.

Delayed Withdrawals of 750 euro

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am asking for your help regarding two delayed withdrawals from Syndicate Casino.

I have been a player at this casino for approximately 5 years and my account is fully verified. I have also had a similar issue with Syndicate Casino in the past, and AskGamblers successfully helped me resolve that case, which is why I am contacting you again.

My first withdrawal of €350 was requested on August 19, 2026, and my second withdrawal of €400 was requested on August 23, 2026. I still have not received either payment, so the total amount currently outstanding is €750.

It has now been almost two weeks since the first withdrawal request. Whenever I contact the casino, I keep receiving the same explanation that they are experiencing a high workload and that my withdrawals will be processed soon. However, there has still been no actual progress or payment.

Considering that my account has been verified for a long time and I have been their customer for around five years, I do not believe such a long delay is reasonable.

I would therefore kindly ask AskGamblers to assist me again and contact Syndicate Casino regarding these outstanding withdrawals.

I have a pending withdrawal on the casino, but its been pending for one week. They also used long time to verify my account. When trying to ask them the reason of the delay, they say a standard phrase «alot of people are withdrawing»

Im a player in this casino since 2021 my account is fully verified my past withdrawals were succesful the last succesful was in 2023 since than i havent played till 2-3 weeks ago and i have won something again and than i had to verify my account payment again as expected and my account was verified again.

On 6.7.2026 i made one withdrawal of 500€ 3.7.2026 and the other two 700€ and 1200€ on 6.7.2026 i withdrawaled with skrill i use only skrill and paysafecard and now its still pending i played in a lot casinos and it never took so long. My withdrawal of 2100 Eur is pending since Friday

I requested a withdrawal on the 10/11/23 and have not received my withdrawal of 2100.

I have been on there on line chat and all I keep getting is it takes 24 hours. It's now 5 days and I still have not received my withdrawal.

Verification too long

Hi , I don't like to make complaints but my verification to that casino takes a long time. I sent all my documents from 12 / 10 and most of them still pending. Only my ID decline and they sent me email. I sent them again my ID and get accepted. The rest still pending. I don't have any problem with casino but I worry about this. If 1 document is declined, why should I have to wait another 5 days ? Thanks

Cashout problem

Hi;

I made a withdrawal with bitcoin on 12 January, and they said to me it takes 5 banking days.

And today 21 January there is no action. I contact customer support several times but no specific answer about it.

They just say wait. Yes, I've waited for 9 days.

My account is fully verified, and deposit with bitcoin and cashout with bitcoin too.

It's only 100 euros, why it takes too long?

I hope it s gonna be faster solution after they read this.

Delaying Payment and removing skrill

I have a fully verified account with Syndicate casino and I am having issues withdrawing my funds.

I deposited with Skrill and withdrew using the same method. I was then asked for verification of my Skrill account which I uploaded - I then went to make the withdrawal again and Skrill had vanished from the options. Chat could not tell me why.

I have previously used card to deposit so I withdrew my money via card and they have declined it. I have been on chat and emailed them but they cannot give me a reason as to why and they are now ignoring me.

This is for a very small amount of money. I do not know why they allowed me to use Skrill to withdraw once and then deleted that option, I was under the impression they were meant to offer the same deposit and withdrawal method to avoid money laundering.

Not willing to help accordingly with missing deposit

I deposited $100 via Neosurf 48 hours ago. I have sent screenshots of the voucher that I used and also the proof from Neosurf that the money went into Syndicates account. The funds have not been deposited to my account as yet.. I have told Syndicate how to contact Neosurf to get the proof of deposit but they are not interested and tell me that they are investigating the matter. It is not good enough to just keep customers waiting this long. If I can contact Neosurf and find out who the money was paid to then so can Syndicate! Bad customer relations.

Troubles requesting a withdrawal

I have attempted to withdraw from syndicate casino 4 times now to skrill. Each time my withdrawal is cancelled. I am fully verified.

When I seek help on chat or email they seem to think I am attempting to withdraw via bank transfer but I am not (see screengrabs attached).

I am at a stalemate now. I deposited with skrill and wish to withdraw with skrill and the email does not seem to accept I have never attempted to use a bank transfer? So they advice they are giving me is not relevant and I am currently stuck in this endless loop with the casino where they are giving me irrelevant information.

Please can askgamblers help mediate this so we can get this issue resolved.
