Do not expect them to honour your winnings. My account has been under review from 22.4.2023, disabling me to make withdrawals, not getting any proper response to my queries, and no response to complaint made via AskGamblers. You may get big winnings, but don’t expect to be able to withdraw them. I never thought this kind of scam would be possible. I can see the balance of 7400€ on my account, but not able to withdraw any of it, as ”the relevant department is conducting a review of my account”. More than 5 weeks? Obviously they have no interest in paying me the winnings, but how can it be?
So be aware and expect nothing but grievance and total ghosting.
As I already had received several withdrawals from them, a breach in terms and conditions can’t be a reason, just unwillingness to pay.
