They have a lot of payment and withdrawal options to use. I don't spend too much time on receiving my bonus. It is a good start-up for new players like me. Plus, the interface is too basic and easy to navigate. They don't have any flowery design that may cause confusion to the player.

Update:
Finally got my winnings after they accepted notarized documents from the post office once I had gotten the UKGC involved.
Signed up on referral by a friend. Currently have £800 in the account and sent in docs. They asked for noterized documents! I agreed and let them know I would get these done by her majesties Post Office. They told me they would not accept these as notary? Currently having to take a UK court claim out against them.
I was also assured by the UKGC and jimmy justice notarised documents are not required.
Pretty disgusted to be honest that Im having to go to UK court to get my money.

An update on my experiences they finally accepted Post Office docs after I got the UKGC involved and threatened court action:

*Note anyone that has trouble under UKGC LCCP they cannot refuse notarised documents from the post office and they must give a good reason why they are requesting them.
Since then I have tried logging into my account and it is locked. I have emailed numerous times and not received a response. I have checked online and many people have experienced similar situations with this group. I submitted a complaint to ask gambler and they refused it.
