Hello help to understand the situation, sticky slots casino accuse me of fraud and creating a duplicate account on their website but I did not do it and in my mind was not. so they closed my account and will not pay the winnings of $ 1200 they say that I have an account in another casino is MrSlot casino, but there are completely different casinos and their names I can not understand something I just think that for players from Russia they do not have a good attitude. help to understand this situation. thank you in advance I wish that everything was fair, I know the rules of the casino so I can't understand why they have closed my account and cancelled the withdrawal. to the application attached screenshots withdrawal of money, theirs response about checking my account and screen sending all my documents that they asked for.
