Before I start my review, I'll just talked a bit about my experience. So I saw the casino in the winners list for AG awards 2021 as the best new casino and wanted to give it a try since those casinos should have a good reputation by default. So I've registered and deposited into my account around 80 EUR in crypto (ETH) and got a match bonus of 100% which was very similar to all other casinos online as they give welcome bonus to their players. I've played and got lucky. Requested around 2 AM Friday (in my timezone) a cash out after I uploaded all usual docs similar to other casinos (Internet bill, Driving license, Selfie of me holding the DL). I've checked after 12 hours and still my docs not verified, nor my withdrawal request even touched. I've contacted their support few times and asked how long that would take and they said that finance team work only on weekdays and not at weekend, but their verification team work on weekend. That really makes me wonder, if the casinos really deserves to give honest 10/10 rating or not. Usually in top 10 casinos withdrawal requests get processed within 1-2 hours as MAX, never had crypto withdrawal issue with any casino before and all their teams work on weekends too. Stay Casino is now in competition with other casino to be awarded the best casino for 2021 they need to increase their capacity and offer new players better experience. Still until writing my review in this post, my withdrawal in pending after +12 hours.
As usual and what I do for all other casinos, I'll try to be as honest as possible and I've rated the casino based on the following factors in comparison to other top 10 casinos in average.
1) Casino software, games/providers, design, mobile/tablet accessibility (1.5/2). Half a point goes to the non-pleasing full screen with casino content on when a game goes into full screen. It's not as other casinos when the game actually in full-screen after clicking the full-screen button, but in Stay Casino the full-screen actually takes 85% of the screen and the 15% goes to casino content.
2) support and custom service: Compare to other casinos and how often their support team available/online + the how quick you get answer for questions + how friendly they are, I'll give the casino (1.5/2), since there were times the support team wasn't available at all and the chat popup asks to send them email instead
3) Docs verification: compare to other casinos not the fastest, usually in other casinos my docs get verified within 1 hour, but very few of them got that done within 15 min. I'll give the casino 1/2 for this.
4) Deposit: They are very similar to all other casinos use Softswiss as their main software and CoinsPaid which allows to deposit into USD/EUR/CAD and other fiat wallets through crypto. However I only found bitcoin and ETH for deposit into EUR (at least) it would be better to have the other crypto available too so the fees as example for LTC is super super low compare to ETH/BTC which the fees is based on the blockchain. This wont' probably be an issue for big players with big deposit but definitely won't be good for players with low stake/deposit. I'll the the casino on this (1.5/2)
5) Withdraw: At least for my withdraw is pending for over 12 hours and still waiting for it. Compare to other best casinos they usually process withdraws within 1 hour as MAX but usually I receive the funds even within 30 Min. Finance team work on weekdays compare to other best casinos where their team work even on weekends and never had issues with these casinos before. Unfortunately with full honestly I'll give the casino (0.5/2)
I really hope the best for the casino, but based on my all my points for (Software, Support, Verification, Deposit, Withdraw), I'm not fully satisfied with the experience I've got, maybe others will and hope not to have these issues, but I've done short review and comparison to other top 10 online casinos and I gave my full honest experience and rating (as I usually do when writing a review). Hope my withdrawal request won't take long and see the funds soon in my ETH wallet. I will definitely consider to give the casino 2nd and maybe 3rd try since I don't judge casinos only based on first experience.
