Good afternoon Ask Gamblers Team.

I won 100 euros from NO DEPOSIT FREE SPINS, I requested a withdrawal and Stay Casino hasn't paid in 4 days.

They keep saying that there is an error in the system, I think that is an excuse.

I read here in the complaints that a player had the same problem as me.

Please help me resolve this situation, I want my money.

I thought the casino was already familiar with my situation.

I've talked to his agents and they basically always say the same answer.
In a shortcut I send some screenshots of the conversations.

I don't understand why it takes so long for 100 euros.

Please resolve this, my withdrawal has been pending for 1 week now.
