We’re very sorry about the whole withdrawal issue.
However, as we have explained to you earlier, while waiting for a reply from the payment provider, the issue appears at the processing stage, after we approve your cashouts from our side.
Two days ago, we finally got a detailed answer and emailed you about it:
“Your card withdrawals have been rejected by a payment provider that processes card withdrawals, because your deposit was processed by a different payment provider (that processes deposits only).
However, providers only allow card withdrawals if there were prior deposits that went through them.
In some cases, such an issue can be fixed via a new card deposit if processed by the right provider, but there's no guarantee of a positive result, so we can't recommend this option.
Unfortunately, we can't offer you any withdrawal options that won't require a new deposit. I wish we were able to fix it from our side, but we can't change rules of the third party payment provider.
At this time, we can recommend Neteller and MiFinity as alternative payment methods. First, you'll need to make a deposit and wager it x3, and then you can request a withdrawal with a new method.
Min deposit is 20 EUR for both, and min withdrawals are 20 EUR for Neteller, and 10 EUR for MiFinity.”
