I registered an account in June 2016, at the point I was a member at several casinos. At the moment I exclusively play at Staybet. I feel that I have no reason to play anywhere else, since they have everything a player can ask for. These guys clearly have figured out the way to retain customers and it really is refreshing to always get top service and daily offers among other things:

- Great game selection and smooth user experience

- Generous bonus system - and they treat loyal players really well in addition to the automatic bonuses
- Last but not least: STELLAR support and I can't emphasize enough how important this part is...especially compared to the robotic agents!

It might feel a bit strange, but sometimes I feel maybe they are to generous, but haha, I don´t feel that is such a big issue!

I love how many games they provide. Also good welcome bonus on 150%, won €300 from it and got my withdrawal processed within 3 hours from when I requested it.

I have been online gambling for over 13 years, in this time I have held accounts with practically every site/company you can think of. I am a gambling addict, but that is my problem, not the sites I play on. I have always ended up self excluding off of every site I play on, it's a vicious circle. This is the first site that have made self exclusion difficult, and once I made them aware of my issues, continued to allow and ENCOURAGED me to gamble. They offered and provided bonuses after I had made them aware of my problems and asked to be self excluded. This resulted in a significant loss for me.

Their customer service is appalling. They refuse to provide basic information, ignore simple requests at their leisure, and lie through their teeth and belittle the customer. I wanted to find out the director of the company, I asked Viktor in live chat who refused to tell me. I made the mistake of assuming Dr. M.J. Hugenholtzweg was a director, a name associated on their site. This turns out to be a street name in Curaçao of their premises. Yet when asked Viktor told me yes this is our director. I have the transcript to prove this. Their VIP manager Erik also told blatant lies, claiming he was unaware of my issues when offering me the bonus. Again, absolute untruth and again I have the timeline of emails which will prove him to be the liar he is. I have lost far more on other sites than this one, and given the exploitation nature of the business, I have never been able to blame anyone but myself for my losses. Until now. This site do not act upon the responsible gaming regulations. They don't care for the customers well being and quite frankly I felt ridiculed at my lowest point with Staybet.

I would have considered myself in recovery until I received a promotional email from this site. I did not seek them out, nor will they inform me where they obtained my information. They have put my recovery back at least a year and made me feel about as worthless as possible. I have played almost every site online, and this is by far and away the worst.

Site is a mess. It's like a big mosaic, games displayed completely random. They have bonusses everyday but the wagering is very high.

I deposited there two or three times small amounts. Won 100 on the third deposit and decided it was time to try out a withdrawal. Because you can only judge a casino AFTER you make a withdrawal. First attempt I just got an error. Contacted support, explained my problem they said "try now" , I did and it went to pending withdrawal. Next day got a mail that they needed documents. They explicitly tell you you cant send them PDF's but only pictures of real utility bills or bank statements you got by mail. Well I dont get these by mail, we live in the year 2017 and almost everything I get is digital. So I found a recent medical bill on paper I have, uploaded this and the rest that they require and send a mail to support explaining that I can send them bank statements etc. but that they are PDF because I can only get them this way. I validated at at least 20 online casino's using those. So next day in the evening came the message please send us a picture of a utility bill or bank statement, not a PDF please....So send them another mail explaining this again, asking them what I can provide them instead. Logged in on the site and found that my withdrawal has been reversed and the money is again on my playing account??? This I have never experienced ever...
It's been a couple of days now since my last message and no reply came from the casino. So you now, everyday there is money in an account you cant withdraw you play some, and everything dissapeared...

When I first entered Staybet, the site felt modern, fresh and friendly using. It was easy to sign up and navigate on the site.

I was also amazed by how many games they had, everything from NetEnt, PlayNGo, Microgaming and even some new once like Genii and Authentic Gaming that I never tried before, so that was a new experience.

They had a decent welcome package, got 150% bonus right of the bat, so deposited €100 - Played for €250, had to wager the bonus a bit, like 40x the bonus amount which still is fine, ended up withdraw €800.

The KYC process took a bit of time, roughly 30h, but still it is not that long, been on sites where it took over 48h.

Finally once the documents was approved the withdrawal was processed almost instant, so in the end I was happy.

Well... My withdrawal took like 2weeks after verification. Thought I never get the monies but Im happy they finally showed. Wagering is enormous because of 70% slot contribution rule. Watch out for that maxbet rule which denies betting over 5€/$ even wagering is done.

I deposited a small amount without a bonus and Won BIG. Clicked withdraw and next day got an email asking for verification. 36hrs later I got a reply saying the documents weren't sufficient because I covered my passport number (really) and my utility bill was no good even though it's a power bill that came in the mail and issued in the requested time frame. I've been around a few years now with numerous casinos and know when the mucking around is about to begin. I don't feel safe sending a full passport image so I maxed all my winning to 0 and closed the account.

On a side note for the first few days only about 20 games worked on mobile devices.
