General Impression:
Sportuna offers an excellent overall product, especially for sports betting and live casino. I registered in July 2025 and have used the platform extensively since then. Below is my detailed, experience-based review.

My experience:
Single withdrawals were approved within 3 days and received the following day by bank transfer.
When I submitted withdrawals three days in a row, all were processed together after 12 business days — which still fits within their stated total timeframe.
The limits are low, but the system works as described.

Customer Support

Support responds in Norwegian (auto-translated?). They are polite, helpful, and usually obtain answers from relevant departments within one day. They cannot answer financial questions directly, but escalate issues effectively.

Limitations / Risk Management

First time i played here a good while ago I found that the casino was solid 10. With amazing support, big selection of games and a great site layout. I even won and got payed.

Today I got offered a deposit bonus. Got a mail in my name stating this. As it states. Deposit a minimum of 20€ and receive the bonus after deposit. This did not happen and live chat was contacted. Site admin refuses to give bonus. Do not play at this casino and stay away from the casinos owned by Rabidi N.V.. This is an attempt to get you to deposit and the refuse the bonus. This is not an acceptable practice. There are many other brands to choose from out there.

Sportuna has a great selection of games and it's easy to navigate through the different providers. They offer deposit bonuses on your 3 first deposits and the bonuses are delivered automatically. I can't say anything about the live chat since I never had to use it :)
