I requested my first withdrawal more than a week ago. The website states that withdrawals are processed within a maximum of 3 days. I’ve contacted customer support several times, but they keep telling me that the payments team is busy and that I should receive my money soon. In the account verification section, it says that everything is verified and no further action is required from me.
