Done everything people have said to do seem to be getting no further answers tho. Has anyone heard any news?
I think as said before we need to collate a list of everyone who is owed money. We can then take legal action as a group with this. In the mean time I'm sure with effort from everyone we can socially destroy all involved in the ownership of said websites. This way we know that if we gamble its safe to play and we know we will get our funds back in the future.
I have spoke to the UKGC and they have advised that IF no one gets paid then everyone that is or has been part of smart live gaming will never get a licence to trade again.
So in light of that we may be onto a winner here (pardon the pun).

I will confirm some facts which may assist you all in your further actions: 1) The Owner of the Business is in fact Mr Kasim Garipoglu and has been trying to hide this fact, he has other businesses in London search it up he is trying to hide it now . Alex Leese was the CEO and at the end of July resigned without any notice (yes directorships say 1st of Jan - more fraud). 2) Almost 50 Employees did not receive wages for 2-6 weeks depending how much lies they believed from management, no Redundancy pay, no Holiday Pay, employees who have worked and have been left literally on the street some have worked for 5+ years here. Just share what you need to help you. We are in the same boat as yourselves the customers.
I've just recovered the promotional email sent out to all UK customers from smartlive gaming offering up a 100% deposit match bonus on the 5th August 2016 at 07:57am the Day the UKGC announced the tempory suspension of their remote gaming license : I:E online gaming, slots and live casino. Now this suspention they would have been aware of prior to this. So proof is in the email fraud has been committed. I suggest you guy's recover this for your own referrence in pursuance of justice.
This is vital for me as I took the bonus and won £2300 after completing the wagering requirments and asked to withdraw that amount.. May be for some others too.
Anyhow if you have microsoft outlook. Go to your deleted folder if you think you deleted the email and click on recover link. Type Smartlive in the search bar. Tick the relevent email and recover at the top of the page. This will recover the email back to your inbox.

Just a note: From what I have seen, it is Smart TV UK Limited (06092586) which has an active proposal to be stricken off, not Smart TV Broadcasting Limited (05849825). They are certainly directly connected so it may well be part of the overall fraud.This is why I intially suggested reporting it. However, if you simply report Smart TV Broadcasting Limited then surely this will not mean anything...
I think the best way forward with Company's House is for one email followed up by a phone call objecting to Smart TV Broadcasting Limited with an account of all the customers who are owed money and how much as induvidual emails are just not going to get the message across given how many businesses there are in the UK and staffing Companies house have they just wont have enough time to collate all the data themselves or wont be bothered.
If you require and are happy for me to proceed drop me a PM and how much you are owed UK or overeas and then I shall collate all the data send them an email with the info and how bad it is and provide them with Smart TV Broadcastings Limited Lack of action to date and hopefully they will listen.

We all know that, they have held OUR money now for some months. I have totally now lost faith with getting anything back. I am owed £3500.
Filled out the 'account withdrawal form' which was posted last week. Same as the others with no reply, even though should have been within 48hours.
