Withdrawal Request not acknowledged

I have been a member of Smart Live Gaming since last summer and have used them on and off since that time. I attempted to withdraw most of my money from the account (I have £508.70 in there) at the end of July, on the 31st, but have not received either my money or an email acknowledging my request, nor a response to my complaint to them that they had not sent the money. When going onto their site I am unable to use the Live Chat as it doesn't appear to be working and I have tried to call them but haven't had my calls answered, so naturally I am concerned as to why this should be happening. I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter and perhaps helping me to recover my £508.70. My ID to access this site is Bald091

Delayed payment of withdrawal

Hi, I made a withdrawal request over a month ago on the 15th of July for £277 approx. I have made multiple contact with the casino but receive no explanation as to why they are delaying payment, only that they will sort it asap for me. My last email to them was on the 19th of August, but they didn't reply at all to the email. I have self excluded my account named mixy1981, but I had confirmation from the casino that it would not affect my withdrawal. This is also the reason that I am not entirely accurate with the amount because I no longer have access to it, but they did confirm this amount to me over a live chat. If I'm being honest, I thought the I had a couple of withdrawals pending, but they assured me that it was the only one, and in all honesty it was that long ago I couldn't remeber properly. I have been with smart live casino or what ever name they go under now for about 5 or 6 years now bar one person over the years I found them very hard work ringing them up etc to deal with but stuck with them because they were on sky tv and I only just started using computers but I moved house last year and have been given the run around for the past month trying to withdraw 200 pounds of the 505 I had in my account so I sent off my driving licence debit card old and new photo and utilty bill on the 2nd august and it was signed for by one of there staff have prove from royal mail delivered at 10.06am but more lies from them on the 9th that they have not got them on live chat so please can they stop messing around and return them to me I have just found this site online and I can see there are loads of people in the same boat so I am more than happy to go along to do this together to try to get all are money back bear with me because I am not great with computers thanks.

After 11 Weeks still no pay

On the 24 th of May 2016 I deposited £200 and received a £200 bonus. I played slots varying my bet sizes between £18 and £10. This was well within the stipulated terms for the promotion that I participated in. I went on a winning streak and ended up cashing out £3770 after going well over the wagering requirement. Soon after I was asked to provide documents. They were accepted and I was asked to take a phone call which I did. Everything seemed fine and I was told the withdrawal would be processed. Another complaint.... Withdrawal made 03.08.16 Told 3-5 days. Today is the fifth day and I've been told it's expecting a delay for extra technical time blah blah blah.... Have been told so many things since Friday 5th when the casino lost its GC licence or at least suspended. Company is making so many excuses and lies to delay payments of which now each day goes by makes me pretty confident I'll never receive my money. I'm fully verified and I have been told on recorded and saved chats/emails that there are no issues with my withdrawal. I notice people are starting to take court action of which I will start however I think this company is being wound up as we speak. No payment for weeks

Hi I joined smartlive 19th Sept 2013. Had no problems down the years with semi regular wins and indeed payments. This year won two sizeable amounts in May and one on the 19th June. I did not withdraw in between wins as never suspected any probs with the casino until my first withdrawal request when i was requested to send them pictures of an old expired bank card and similar requests with a really old bank card that i first used on opening my account. They paid me around £1500 and then the money dried up and more requests for ID were requested which rang alarm bells that they were in trouble. I have numerous reports similar on here now and see their gambling cert has been pulled. The total I am owed is £9822 and is still pending as 3 withdrawals in my account.

Delayed withdrawal of £2300

I deposited and took a 100% match bonus on Friday 5th Aug 2016. I played the bonus breaching no TCS and successfully met the wager and placed a withdrawal of £2300 of my total winnings. On Saturday the 6th the withdrawal was still pending with no communication or email to verify my request. So I spoke to live support who told me that it cannot be processed on the weekend. That I know is a lie! Secondly I asked if had previously submitted documents to complete KYC as I have accounts over many casinos I could not Remember. I was told that I hadn't but if needed they would request it email. So now Tues the 9th my withdrawal is still pending I am still yet to receive any email. I have sent 2 emails with no response asking for an update. Also asking and explanation to the current licsense suspension they were served on Friday the 5th by UKGC and why I was not informed of this only to find out Monday after google searches relating to other non payment issues. I've called numerous times and had no answer and live chat is also now not responding. Clearly they operated on Friday illegally to UKGC regulation and are still operating the remote online gaming services that the have no licsense for what can I do to obtain my funds?

I got the following response today from Companies House and am not really sure what I can do next and whether this one is the company that owes me the money. They may be just too SMART for me!

I think as said before we need to collate a list of everyone who is owed money. We can then take legal action as a group with this. In the mean time I'm sure with effort from everyone we can socially destroy all involved in the ownership of said websites. This way we know that if we gamble its safe to play and we know we will get our funds back in the future.

I have spoke to the UKGC and they have advised that IF no one gets paid then everyone that is or has been part of smart live gaming will never get a licence to trade again.

So in light of that we may be onto a winner here (pardon the pun).

Dear All, I am an insider. A former employee of Smart Live Casino. I will confirm some facts which may assist you all in your further actions: 1) The Owner of the Business is in fact Mr Kasim Garipoglu and has been trying to hide this fact, he has other businesses in London search it up he is trying to hide it now . Alex Leese was the CEO and at the end of July resigned without any notice (yes directorships say 1st of Jan - more fraud). 2) Almost 50 Employees did not receive wages for 2-6 weeks depending how much lies they believed from management, no Redundancy pay, no Holiday Pay, employees who have worked and have been left literally on the street some have worked for 5+ years here. Just share what you need to help you. We are in the same boat as yourselves the customers.

I've just recovered the promotional email sent out to all UK customers from smartlive gaming offering up a 100% deposit match bonus on the 5th August 2016 at 07:57am the Day the UKGC announced the tempory suspension of their remote gaming license : I:E online gaming, slots and live casino. Now this suspention they would have been aware of prior to this. So proof is in the email fraud has been committed. I suggest you guy's recover this for your own referrence in pursuance of justice.

This is vital for me as I took the bonus and won £2300 after completing the wagering requirments and asked to withdraw that amount.. May be for some others too.

Anyhow if you have microsoft outlook. Go to your deleted folder if you think you deleted the email and click on recover link. Type Smartlive in the search bar. Tick the relevent email and recover at the top of the page. This will recover the email back to your inbox.

Just a note: From what I have seen, it is Smart TV UK Limited (06092586) which has an active proposal to be stricken off, not Smart TV Broadcasting Limited (05849825). They are certainly directly connected so it may well be part of the overall fraud.This is why I intially suggested reporting it. However, if you simply report Smart TV Broadcasting Limited then surely this will not mean anything...

I think the best way forward with Company's House is for one email followed up by a phone call objecting to Smart TV Broadcasting Limited with an account of all the customers who are owed money and how much as induvidual emails are just not going to get the message across given how many businesses there are in the UK and staffing Companies house have they just wont have enough time to collate all the data themselves or wont be bothered.

If you require and are happy for me to proceed drop me a PM and how much you are owed UK or overeas and then I shall collate all the data send them an email with the info and how bad it is and provide them with Smart TV Broadcastings Limited Lack of action to date and hopefully they will listen.

Sometimes one constructive message is more effective than hundreds!

Please let's not give up! Let's do all we can to get OUR money from these scumbags! Smart live TV LTD! I'm owed £1085 Nd look like so many others owed money too! It's too much money to give up on!

Any advice on what else to do, please inbox me! Maybe get press, TV involved! I've done the form online (fraudulent it seems) 0303-123-4500 companies house to Make sure smartlive TV LTD don't get struck off , have a crime number with action fraud police!

What concerns me is the clock is ticking and we are no nearer to getting OUR money! Money we work hard for! What I did is visualise 1085 of cash on a table it's worth fighting for! Especially as some poor people owed 3k plus. This is a disgrace and who ever is responsible needs to pay out!

Nothing, company owners are thieving ba******. Total disregard for customers.

We all know that, they have held OUR money now for some months. I have totally now lost faith with getting anything back. I am owed £3500.

Filled out the 'account withdrawal form' which was posted last week. Same as the others with no reply, even though should have been within 48hours.
Anyone had any luck to shed some sign of hope on this?!
