Payouts take +9 days at least, more often more than that. No support or interest from their side. Only one cash out is allowed. Deposits are still taken immediately but cashing out takes forever.

Best part is, you still receive promotional deposit offers, which you cant cashout anyhow if you win. Only if you are willing to wait another 2 weeks since you have to cancle your cashout. This casino is a joke compared to its competition which cashes out within max 2 days.

The last conversation i had about the payout the support agent said is that it is going to take more then 5 days. 1st off all the info they provide is apart from what they say, and the second of all is that other casino's can pay out in 10min or less and its clearly to me they abusing this to keep players pressing the cancel withdrawal button. It make's no sense at all, and only their for i feel like they are just playing around with valuable players. if they provide a much better system, people would actually start loving them instead of writing negative comments like this. They have promised to do it better for quite some time now, but in the end i don't feel like they care about their players and only care about people loosing their money for their own good. ( My personal feeling ) witch i think i am allowed to express.

They delayed my withdrawal for no reason, I did raw deposit of 30€ and tried to do my first withdrawal of 100€. It took them 2 days to accept the documents and verify my account. Now I'm probably waiting another 2 days for them to accept my new documents and then wait more so they accept the withdrawal. Withdrawals are way too slow. On 30th of Dec I made a withdrawal, my account was verified and no bonuses were used etc.
On 8th of Jan the status of my withdrawal was still pending and after that I asked about this issue in chat. Surprisingly, after this contact the withdrawal was immediately accepted. For me this seems that they hold withdrawals pending deliberately waiting customers to reverse their withdrawals.
