Dear AskGamblers Team,

I’m submitting this complaint against Slots Palace Casino for repeatedly ignoring my self-exclusion request despite multiple confirmations, and for failing to respond to my formal complaint requesting a refund of $345 CAD deposited during the exclusion period.

Summary of the Problem:
March 1, 2025: I requested self-exclusion. Slots Palace responded within 30 minutes asking me to confirm, which I did the same day. According to their responsible gambling policy, the exclusion should have been processed within 24 hours. It was not.
March 5, 14, and 20: I followed up multiple times, explicitly saying I wanted to be excluded and that I was spending too much money. I asked them not to request confirmation again and to simply proceed. No response.
March 21: They replied stating they didn’t have a native speaker (despite me writing in English) and asked the reason again. I replied honestly (“spending too much money”) and reconfirmed once more.
March 26: No action was taken.
April 23: Instead of excluding me, they offered a bonus. As someone with gambling addiction, I accepted the bonus but again reiterated that I wanted to be excluded.
April 26: I sent a formal complaint asking for my account to be closed and for a refund of the $345 CAD I deposited after March 1. I gave 24 hours to respond.
April 30 to June 10: I followed up several times but received no response addressing my complaint or refund request.
May 5: I explicitly stated again: “Yes, proceed please.”
Eventually: My account was finally closed—but they never replied to my formal complaint or addressed my refund request.

Avoid This Casino at All Costs

If you’re looking for a terrible casino experience, this is the place. Their so-called VIP service is a joke—Marcelle, the VIP manager, is lazy and completely unresponsive. Don’t expect any help or special treatment.

The bonuses are useless, full of ridiculous terms that make them impossible to actually benefit from. And good luck trying to withdraw your winnings—the process takes forever, with constant delays and excuses.

On top of that, there are no responsible gambling controls in place, making it a dangerous environment for players. Overall, this is the worst casino I’ve ever dealt with. Stay far away!

This casino has been operating without a valid licence since mid-2023. It formerly belonged to Rabidi N.V., the information on Askgamblers is invalid. When asked about the legal details, the client service avoids answering questions about the licence and owner's name and in my case they simply stopped responding to my questions, LOL. All in all, looks like a typical scam casino for naive, inexperienced players that should be blacklisted in a respected casino database like this one. Depositing any funds here is extremely risky, avoid it!

They don't give any help when you ask for gambling limits, they dont give any adivce for how you can keep your winnings when you ask for it. The withdraw limit is 500€ a day, so if you win much. Do not believe you get any help to keep your winnings.

Personally, I think that it is an excellent online casino. Aside from their excellent graphics, what I am most impressed with is their great bonuses. It's actually rare to find a site that offers that much. It's also impressive the number of games they have available on their roster.

I believe If they want to stay at the top of the casino list, maybe they should increase their daily withdraw amount some more. Apart from this, everything works just fine!

Really love my experience right from the beginning! I've been playing here for 5 weeks already, they offer bonuses on the first 3 deposits which is not something you can always find on other casinos + tons of other promotions!
It's easy to navigate and to sort games by provider, the withdrawals and deposits are quick, and I didn't have any problem with them so far.
Slotspalace is well designed both for Desktop and mobile/tablet. Very friendly and efficient staff and never any waiting for them.
They have low withdrawal limits and restriction on a few countries, but apart from that I really like Slotspalace casino.
