The Money Train is an exhilarating Wild West adventure which fans of high-volatility games will be happy to play.
Money Train is a video slot with 5-reels, 4-rows, and 40 fixed pay lines, wins are awarded when you land 3-5 symbols that match on a line from left to right. The playing grid can increase up to 7 reels while playing the bonus game. This game has an RTP of 96.20% that rises to an amazing 98% when you use the Feature Buy option. It is also a highly volatile game, so if you don’t like high-risk games then this one is not for you.

Relax Gaming has paid a lot of attention to detail as far as the graphics and animation are concerned, both are well done. There is also a great sounding western soundtrack to complete the wild west experience.

There is only one bonus feature in this game, and its name is the Money Cart. This bonus feature uses a unique type of mechanic. Every time it activates, you have the possibility of winning a massive 20,000x your bet. There are only two options you have as far as activating the Money Cart bonus game, and these are, you can wait for the scatters to land on reel 1, 3, 5 in one spin, or, you can activate the Buy Feature option that costs you a once-off amount of 80x your bet. This will activate the bonus game instantly for you. Once the bonus game is activated, the background scenery changes to a night time scenario. The train leaves the station and is replaced by a new train, with its carriage carrying the grid for the bonus game.

Money Train turned out to be quite a well-designed game that is fun to play. It has great win potential due to its high volatility. The base game is a bit of a drag at certain times, however, the excellent bonus round more than makes up for it. Be careful when you make use of the Buy Feature though, as sometimes your winnings will not cover the cost of purchasing the feature.

Money Train is a slot from Relax Gaming that came out sometime last year and got huge attention between players, mainly because a lot of casino streamers were promoting and playing this game and getting insane hits. There were many occasions of players winning anywhere from 1000x to 4000x bet wins and of course that also piqued my interest to try this slot out myself.

The game itself reminds me a bit of Dead or Alive slot simply because of the ranger theme. It has 40 paylines and I really like the fact that you can bet as little as 10 cents per spin. I have to admit though, the gameplay is very simple and I don't particularly enjoy the base game as besides wild symbols there's no additional bonus. However, there is of course the main star of the game- bonus round with the infamous winning potential. There are 2 ways to trigger the bonus round- either with bonus symbols on reels 1, 3 and 5 or by purchasing the feature for 80x bet. One thing I like about Relax games is that several of their games that have bonus buy, are less expensive compared to Blueprint slots that cost 100x bet for buy feature. But with that being said, I have mixed feelings about the buy option as it can be quite addictive- chasing a bigger win or buying multiple features to cover losses, which is one of the reasons I haven't played this game for a while.

This game is certainly very volatile hence its winning potential. I have never had an organic bonus on this game, but I have purchased the feature multiple times either with 10 cent or 20 cent bets. For that you get 3 free spins, where you need to land either purple multiplier boxes, collectors or gun symbols that can multiply your existing win, double it, triple it and so on, with a max possible win of 20000x bet. And every time a new symbol lands, the free spins amount will reset to 3. I really like the concept of the bonus round, it's something I hadn't seen before this game but my personal experience makes me stay away from it. Only twice out of many times have I had a win over 100x bet, I have had many bonus rounds with anywhere from 10x-30x bet wins, rarely more. And of course, after having a bad bonus round, I'm hoping that the next one will be better and buy another one, which usually pays the same small amount. Therefore I have just figured out that it's not a game I enjoy playing since I've never had a good experience.

Overall, I definitely understand why many players enjoy this game, but I try to play it very rarely just to see if it's in a good mood. I like the fact that it has low minimum stakes and design is good, however, having the bonus buy option I would certainly recommend to be careful with it as it can be addictive.
