They have good games and their customer service is generally ok and pretty quick. Apart from that all of my experiences have been negative all together.
Some of their staff can be rude. But the main thing is their bonus system. I spent over $1000 last week and I received an email saying I have cashback in my account but the vip manager told me no I don't get cashback which shocked me.
