Dear Askgamblers-Team,

sadly I can't seem to get my withdrawal of 2000€ processed.

It is pending since 06.01.2022.

The Chat was friendly and confirmed, that my account is fully verified, but I need to wait because there is so much work right now.

I have given that response several times.

They cannot give me an estimated time when the withdrawal gets processed.

Their policy states, that withdrawals are processed within 3 working days. From their T&C "All Bank Transfer payouts are in principle processed within three (3) banking days"

I did not use a bonus.

So sorry to keep you waiting.

Please be informed that your cashout was approved within 48 hours after it was created. However, due to technical difficulties it was not processed correctly and is still pending.

We’re waiting for more information from our Financial Department on what exactly caused this issue. Once we know the reason, we hope the withdrawal will go through successfully. We'll keep you posted.
