Game variety is good and when you are on instant chat, you are actually talking to a person, so good interaction in that regard. I appreciate the fact they don't use a bot like some casinos.
It took awhile for me to get my documentation right because I had to keep messaging in, asking what it was they needed from me. The emails they sent me offered no explanation. So interaction in that regard sucked. Also, when trying to do a withdrawal I had to once again go on messenger to ask what was going on, and why it wasn't going through. The person on there told me to cancel my $3000 request and lower it to $1000 and it would be faster. I thought that was weird. It was then, that I found out that their maximum withdrawal per day is $4000, so I couldn't figure out why I had to lower it to $1000? This morning I have requested the other $2000 but still have not heard anything back about that. I have a feeling I may have to cancel that one too, and just do $1000. (You can also only do one transaction per day when requesting a withdrawal. But you can do hundreds of deposits! lol No problem there!
