Do not pay winnings
Hello forum, and to everyone who reads.
Slotozen casinos have not paid money for more than 3 days, they say that there is a big load, that they can pay payments for up to 5 days, but nothing is written in the rules at all about 5 days. The only thing specified in the rules is payments by bank details within 3 days, and I make a payment to an electronic wallet!
Today, on 15.01 2022, I wrote to support, they told me to wait for payments for 5 days, (or maybe a month!) in general, some kind of lawlessness, initially set the payment in one amount, then canceled, and broke it into parts.
I thought maybe the transaction limit does not allow such an amount to be carried out, but no, they still do not pay! The support on the site does not work well, it does not help in any questions, they do not care about the players.
I didn't expect that there were still such brazen casinos on Softswiss. Please understand my question. They even have a question and answer in the rules, it is written that payments within a few seconds are almost instantaneous.
