Verification process takes ages.
Withdrawal period gets added after the verification process additionally (it will take 7 days until you see your money).
Chat pops up during playing to chat on customers, this is more than annoying.
Old fashioned site and non-well responsive.
Whole communication with customers is below average.
KYC procedure gets done by low quality working agents.
