So im actually surprised in reading these negative reviews. I have been playing at royal ace and sister companies for years. Yes while my first few withdrawals were really slow... they have never NOT paid me my winnings. They have always been straight up and a casino I can trust with my funds as well as making card deposits (which definitely has not been the case with other casinos). Royal ace and sister companies offer great bonuses. However I can say that after playing there for years, and winning multiple jackpots, most of the good bonuses has me in a category "player is in an excluded class that doesn't allow promo". They probably could take care of their more seasoned players better by offering decent promos. However I can also understand this method... when your making large frequent withdraws. Also this casino is great at being able to contact them when waiting too long for withdrawal. 2) The Cashback promo of 15-25%. I believe it was 25% based off the weekly special (Thursday) but I know it was at least 15% of the bonus I played with. Anyways, customer support did nothing but offer me a 25$ chip..not kidding.
3) After not getting anything but w 25$ chip I had an account manager reach out..i’m guessing he saw I spend like 2k plus 10k considering all my winnings. He offered me VIP and to look into the issues but I have yet to hear back..again, I also imagine it was less then coming around and owning that they played me, and instead to confirm my info so I can’t do w chargeback. But that’s just a theory..

After reading reviews I'm glad that I'm not alone. At first it was a "go" for my wire transfer of $400. I wasn't hearing anything from them so asked one of their "top notch" customer service reps. I was then informed that they couldn't do the wire transfer. It was well played on their part cause after I cancelled withdrawal I played through my winnings. I have chosen not to make anymore deposits until I was actually paid for a minimal $100 withdraw that I put in for about 4 or 5 months ago. Finally received it today with directions to deposit it only. So I deposited it into my checking account. Just got off the phone with the bank. They will charge me $30 to process the Canadian check. Informed that the Canadian bank will most likely have a fee as well. If there happens to be anything left over I should see it in 6-8 weeks. Won't be playing there ever again.
