They disabled my account and does not want to pay me

I was gambling at rooster bet and ended up winning 3000$, i went to verify my account as soon as i entered my information it said account disabled. I wrote 5 emails and nobody has replied to me. I figured that they would be busy during the holidays so between my 4th and 5th email there was a 2 week gap and still no reply!

Ask gamblers can you sort this out please?

I have written them four emails, all four emails were not answered I don't know what else i can do since they are ignoring me ?

Two days ago, I made a withdrawal of €550 in winnings at the casino. Nothing has happened regarding this matter yet. The chat support can only tell me that withdrawals are processed in order. Is there any chance I will receive my money sometime this year?

Contacted them asking to resolve the issue and proceeded to get my account verified.

They agreed to pay me my winnings on september 9th after verifying my identity, Isent them the bitcoin address to where they can send me my funds and the casino has still yet to pay me.

Hello I have a problem with a casino like Rooster bet I made a deposit of 50 euros to the casino the money was transferred beautifully to the game account.

After that I chose the appropriate game to play I then clicked on the game and then it said that I cannot play until the personal data has been confirmed I sent my personal data to live customer service and the personal data was confirmed an email also came from rooster bet support that the personal data of your game account has been successfully confirmed.

Okay the next problem then as a new customer for the first time I thought of playing I clicked on the game and immediately closed the game and directed me to the personal data then I tried some other game to see if it works but the same problem started again that it immediately kicked me out of the game and automatically kicked me out of the personal data confirmation I thought I would not waste time anymore I would withdraw my 50 euros and then the live support said that I must have played at least 3 times to withdraw the money but what do I do next if no game starts working I have written to support on Gmail but they do not answer me about this problem and there is silence

Hello.

I opened an account in Rooster Bet. The site was available to open the account. But in the following days, they suspended my account because said that Argentina was not an available country.

This was an error for the side of the Casino that allowed me to open an account.

Anyway, they said to me that they would refund me the amount of the deposit. But since June 25th that been waiting for the payment.

I have attached the screenshot of the mailing with the brand.

My withdrawal has been stuck for 2 weeks and now it was cancelled. Support does not provide me with any information why. I have contacted the casino multiple times with no luck in getting any help or information. Casino is not willing to pay out my withdrawal of 500€ after many attempts and refusing to reason why it was declined. Lastly they said it was ”technical error” but was unable to clarify what sort of error and instead of fixing their problems they just canceled my withdraw.

Horrible RTP. Truly. I’ve decided to not play at any more Dama NV casinos. While we all know that ultimately the house always wins, the level of greed here is off the charts. Nothing. There is nothing here I would say is good. See my negative review as this online casino would not allow me to play more than a single slot game.

This site is awful. Signing up was easy, they offer 100 free spins with a deposit of $200 or more. After a while playing 1 game I tried to switch but I got a message saying I was not allowed to switch games if I had accepted a bonus. I spoke with their support and saved the transcript. First I was told it was my browser and to restart my computer. Then they said I needed to spend $7306 more dollars to end my bonus. … after that I asked if I could just end the bonus and they could just let me use my funds to play other games. I was told if I cancelled my bonus I forfeited my entire remaining deposit. Which was $170 remaining. I was unable to withdraw my funds as they were “locked “ due to the bonus as well. So I was unable to play another game and was forced to either give up my funds by canceling my bonus or risking them on only 1 game.

Essentially I played to the end of my funds and got told I needed to deposit and gamble over $7000 move before I could play a different game.

This site is a scam and a fraud. Don’t accept their bonuses to sign up and stay far away.

The sportsbook has great-looking odds and markets. Great selection. But that's about all the good I have to say about the sites. everything else was a circus!

I deposited in the sportsbooks and Immediately I was limited to $50 wagers. what a waste of time!! If you're playing on betting over $100 this is not the place for you. this is a Mickey Mouse wannabe casino. It was a bigger headache to get paid. they said I had to roll over my deposit 3x which I did and my withdrawal was still rejected. I literally had to send them a math equation showing I had rolled over 3x. please don't waste your time here.
