Delayed payment since 9th of September

Roosterbet casino has closed my account for a month now with my funds stuck inside which is 5298 cad.

Contacted them asking to resolve the issue and proceeded to get my account verified.

They agreed to pay me my winnings on september 9th after verifying my identity, Isent them the bitcoin address to where they can send me my funds and the casino has still yet to pay me.
