Rooster Bet is delaying long

Hello I have a problem with a casino like Rooster bet I made a deposit of 50 euros to the casino the money was transferred beautifully to the game account.

After that I chose the appropriate game to play I then clicked on the game and then it said that I cannot play until the personal data has been confirmed I sent my personal data to live customer service and the personal data was confirmed an email also came from rooster bet support that the personal data of your game account has been successfully confirmed.

Okay the next problem then as a new customer for the first time I thought of playing I clicked on the game and immediately closed the game and directed me to the personal data then I tried some other game to see if it works but the same problem started again that it immediately kicked me out of the game and automatically kicked me out of the personal data confirmation I thought I would not waste time anymore I would withdraw my 50 euros and then the live support said that I must have played at least 3 times to withdraw the money but what do I do next if no game starts working I have written to support on Gmail but they do not answer me about this problem and there is silence
