When I contacted the live customer support of Roostake Casino, they kept repeating, “go ahead and escalate this straight to the payment department so they can have a look”. I also sent an email requesting that they thoroughly should resolve this issue this time and in the future. But since then, I have not received any response at all.

Withdrawal error

I won 100 eur and withdrew it. They pended my transaction for 2 weeks then denied it. I tried again and they had my payment for 3 months. I wrote to them every single day and bot responded. I requested a real person and then they said that they cant tell me the reason why. I waited for 4 months. Then they rejected the transfer again. So I spent those 100 eur and won 300. When I wanted to withdrew it I saw that they removed my option to withdraw the money directly to my bank ( i can still deposit with my card but cant withdraw). Also their support just vanished and i cant contact anyone. I tried to withdraw with crypto but they are delaying my transaction for over 24 hours now.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to file a complaint against Roostake Casino regarding a withdrawal of approximately $275, which has remained unpaid since February 7.

My withdrawal requests have been repeatedly rejected without any explanation, and Roostake's support is completely unreachable. I sent an inquiry by email on February 16 and opened a support ticket on their website on February 20, both remain unanswered to this day.

I previously completed KYC and have made multiple deposits and withdrawals on the site, however, support has never been responsive. In the past, changing the withdrawal method resolved rejected withdrawals, but it did not work this time. I also tried wagering more, but it did not help either.

I am requesting your assistance in contacting the casino. I ask Roostake Casino to either pay out my winnings or clearly state the reason for repeatedly rejecting my withdrawal requests.

When I contacted the live customer support of Roostake Casino, they kept repeating, “this issue is escalated to the other team,” but since then, I have not received any response at all. I have also received a mail saying the same thing as live support. They said I can't get in direct contact with the department doing the payments and the only way is trough support, which doesn't provide any useful info for weeks.

Crypto deposit not credited for bonus wagering

I got a no-deposit bonus with real money wagering, and I won 100 euros with 1x wagering and 5x with real money wagering.

So I deposited on 15 Feb for 1.65 M. At that time, it was 10.71USD but even after 5 days, the deposit never got credited, and the bonus expired.

But the main issue is deposit is still not credited.

Withdrawal request denied despite completed KYC and no active bonus

Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,

I would like to submit a complaint against Roostake Casino regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue.

I deposited funds using USDC via the Ethereum (ERC20) network, and currently have a balance of approximately €120. I attempted multiple withdrawals via the same method I used for depositing:

First attempt: €98

Second and third attempts: €90

All attempts failed or were rejected without explanation.

I have completed full KYC verification, and at the time of the withdrawal requests, no bonus was active on my account. I used the same payment method (USDC ERC20) as for my deposits, fully complying with the casino's terms and conditions.

I contacted Roostake support via email on June 15, following instructions given by the on-site chatbot. Unfortunately, I have not received any reply to this day.

Avoid Roostake – Unreliable Withdrawals and No Real Support

I’ve had two withdrawal requests rejected without any valid explanation, even though my KYC is fully verified and I used the exact same crypto method I deposited with. Their live chat is useless – it just repeats generic answers and refers you to email support, which doesn’t respond quickly (if at all).

I strongly advise players to avoid Roostake until they improve transparency and customer service.

They have a good variety of games, however, BEWARE when you make a deposit. They will take your money in any way (VISA, etc), but only offer withdrawals in cryptocurrency, which I don’t have. Very dishonest! Had I known this from the start, I would have never played at this casino!

Horrible casino! They took my $100 deposit by VISA, but when it came time to withdraw my winnings, they were only offering withdrawals by cryptocurrency! If they are able to take my money in any way other than cryptocurrency, then they should be able to provide me with other options than cryptocurrency for withdrawals. DO NOT PLAY HERE!!
