Withdrawals repeatedly rejected without explanation
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I would like to file a complaint against Roostake Casino regarding a withdrawal of approximately $275, which has remained unpaid since February 7.
My withdrawal requests have been repeatedly rejected without any explanation, and Roostake's support is completely unreachable. I sent an inquiry by email on February 16 and opened a support ticket on their website on February 20, both remain unanswered to this day.
I previously completed KYC and have made multiple deposits and withdrawals on the site, however, support has never been responsive. In the past, changing the withdrawal method resolved rejected withdrawals, but it did not work this time. I also tried wagering more, but it did not help either.
I am requesting your assistance in contacting the casino. I ask Roostake Casino to either pay out my winnings or clearly state the reason for repeatedly rejecting my withdrawal requests.
For reference, I have attached my transaction history showing the rejected withdrawal requests, screenshot of the completed KYC, as well as copies of my unanswered email and support ticket.
