Withdrawal request denied despite completed KYC and no active bonus
Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,
I would like to submit a complaint against Roostake Casino regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue.
I deposited funds using USDC via the Ethereum (ERC20) network, and currently have a balance of approximately €120. I attempted multiple withdrawals via the same method I used for depositing:
First attempt: €98
Second and third attempts: €90
All attempts failed or were rejected without explanation.
I have completed full KYC verification, and at the time of the withdrawal requests, no bonus was active on my account. I used the same payment method (USDC ERC20) as for my deposits, fully complying with the casino's terms and conditions.
I contacted Roostake support via email on June 15, following instructions given by the on-site chatbot. Unfortunately, I have not received any reply to this day.

My goal is to successfully withdraw the current balance of approximately €120, which I believe is rightfully mine, given that I fulfilled all terms and completed verification.
