Withdrawal gets declined and no reply from support mail or live chat.

I verified my account long long time ago FULLY verified.

Deposited several times and lost.. one day got lucky won 15K and ordered a withdrawal - next day it was paid.

Days later i deposit again and win and order 10023 USDT cashout

Gets declined - with the note approved decline... AI Livechat says to mail support@roostake and i did several for for the past 4-5 days NO REPLY


Ordered a new withdrawal and again AProoved decliend... Now its just pending with absolutely NO reply from livechat or support on email :/

Withdrawal request denied despite completed KYC and no active bonus

Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,

I would like to submit a complaint against Roostake Casino regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue.

I deposited funds using USDC via the Ethereum (ERC20) network, and currently have a balance of approximately €120. I attempted multiple withdrawals via the same method I used for depositing:

First attempt: €98

Second and third attempts: €90

All attempts failed or were rejected without explanation.

I have completed full KYC verification, and at the time of the withdrawal requests, no bonus was active on my account. I used the same payment method (USDC ERC20) as for my deposits, fully complying with the casino's terms and conditions.

I contacted Roostake support via email on June 15, following instructions given by the on-site chatbot. Unfortunately, I have not received any reply to this day.

I am ready to provide the following evidence upon request:
