Withdrawal has repeatedly declined without any reason since 14th February

Dear Askgamblers representatives,

My username at Roostake Casino is CrTdLT­R2R­Hfu­N3w­gPo­dH4­eN4­xWr­kQc­j3W­nrk­YSk­4aqAG or user ID:2473855

My withdrawal requests has been repeatedly declined without any reason since 14th February.

When I contacted the live customer support of Roostake Casino, they kept repeating, “this issue is escalated to the other team,” but since then, I have not received any response at all. I have also received a mail saying the same thing as live support. They said I can't get in direct contact with the department doing the payments and the only way is trough support, which doesn't provide any useful info for weeks.

I have tried withdrawing 7 times and after 24h is always rejected, again, without any reason. The last withdrawal request is 247.76$

My account is verified. I have deposited funds and this is my first withdrawal.

Please help me.

Withdrawal request denied despite completed KYC and no active bonus

Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,

I would like to submit a complaint against Roostake Casino regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue.

I deposited funds using USDC via the Ethereum (ERC20) network, and currently have a balance of approximately €120. I attempted multiple withdrawals via the same method I used for depositing:

First attempt: €98

Second and third attempts: €90

All attempts failed or were rejected without explanation.

I have completed full KYC verification, and at the time of the withdrawal requests, no bonus was active on my account. I used the same payment method (USDC ERC20) as for my deposits, fully complying with the casino's terms and conditions.

I contacted Roostake support via email on June 15, following instructions given by the on-site chatbot. Unfortunately, I have not received any reply to this day.

I am ready to provide the following evidence upon request:
