My 30.35 EUR withdrawal request has been repeatedly declined without any reason since 7th March 2026.
When I contacted the live customer support of Roostake Casino, they kept repeating, “go ahead and escalate this straight to the payment department so they can have a look”. I also sent an email requesting that they thoroughly should resolve this issue this time and in the future. But since then, I have not received any response at all.
In fact, my account was fully verified. I have deposited and withdrawn many times before.
Please help me.
