The layout is great, games run great! Live support is well.. Live, but they can't do ANYTHING! This casino has a lot going for it and could be so much better if they could do the most important part! To just about every gambler, the most important part is paying. My likes turned into dislikes real quick.
Instant redemption is advertised on every page and it's true until you try more than $500, then who knows. My first redemption of $1000 took them 2 weeks and I was told first one takes longer which has happened at other casinos as well. But unlike those other casinos my second redemption is taking longer (16 days at time of writing)!! Live support won't allow me to speak to management and tell me to email.
