Redemption delayed since April 14th

I won 2000 on the 14th of April under the assumption it was an instant withdrawal, as it says.

I've still yet to get it, and all they are telling me is to withdraw less or that my redemption is in the final stage.

It even put it back on my account, and I had to resubmit it.

It's been like 13 days, and they won't tell me anything.

No support and compliance loops

I started playing Richsweeps back in December of 2025, that’s when I was verified. I didn’t play it very much at all, on the 20th of this month I decided to deposit and try it out, because my friend said they paid him fast. I won over a thousand dollars pretty fast, so I figured I’d just redeem smaller amounts at the time. I requested a redemption of $150 on the 21st of this month, which is September 2026. Today is now the 25th, I’ve emailed their support, no reply, I’ve chatted with their bots or whatever they are every single day, where they tell me be patient, the compliance team is working on it, over and over again. Yesterday morning I was actually told the compliance team was actively working on it and I’d be paid within a few hours. Then they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. I’m gonna let it be known everywhere possible that this is going on, I really need this money and I really don’t know what to do, I’ll submit proof of everything below.

Delayed redemption

I submitted a redemption on 7/31/26 for $850 and as of today there has been no movement on it. I have submitted ticket 2 tickets, todays finaly got a response that they are submitting to compliance team for verification. But other contact with their chat in past days said the same thing too. Ive already sent my verification stuff to them as I have done this with other sites. And I feel like my request is being delayed on purpose. Ive seen many complaints about thia site not paying out. I just want the money I won...so I can move forward.

Subject: RichSweeps Refuses to Process My $700 Redemption

I am filing this complaint because RichSweeps has failed to process my legitimate redemption, despite me completing everything they have asked.

I won $700 and submitted my redemption request. I provided all of the requested verification documents, including proof of my payment card and identity. My account was verified, yet my redemption has remained delayed.

Each time I contact customer support, I receive the same response: that my case is with the compliance team and that I need to continue waiting. No one has explained why my redemption is being delayed, what issue is preventing payment, or how much longer I should expect to wait.

What is especially frustrating is that RichSweeps advertises fast or instant redemptions, but my experience has been the opposite. I have been waiting while receiving only generic responses with no meaningful updates.

I have kept copies of all emails, chat conversations, and screenshots documenting this situation.

I am requesting that RichSweeps immediately review my case, explain the reason for the delay, and process my $700 redemption without any further unnecessary delays.

I simply want the winnings I earned and expect the company to honor its stated redemption process.

Not paying out Tried redeeming 1200

I won $1800 on richsweeps. I had already submitted and was paid out for one or two redemption requests prior to this. (Maybe $300).

Submitted my first request on Feb 11th and still waiting.

Support is no help. They just have pre-generated scripts where they just tell you to be patient.

As soon as I went to the telegram to complain the banned me from the telegram. Then the support team kept suggesting the telegram chat… vicious cycle of them just working together to not pay you out.

Finally cancelled my redemption request and lost some of it. I broke the reuquest up into smaller payments and they’re still refusing to pay those out, still waiting on $1200. I have spent probably over $1000 of my own money playing there. This is the only casino that has actually denied paying me out.

Redemption

Numerous times my redemptions get rejected without reason, fourth attempt trying to redeem. They owe me an 800 and 1500 redemption. I've redeemed here before and am fully verified. Contacted support via chat and email and they are not helpful at all. They are withholding my rightfully won winnings. I am beyond frustrated with this site.

Keeps saying be patient

This is a long one. I placed my redemption 11-14-25 hoping they were being honest when calling themselves an instant redemption casino, which they are up to a point which is a gray area. 3000sc is not instant as they had to go through security checks. From day one I've been on them about being shady with the whole instant redemption just don't read our T&C until you try to redeem. So day 9 comes around and I go on platform to see my 3000sc has been returned to my balance because my bank account rejected the deposit! I instantly brought my app up and couldn't find anything, chime customer service said nothing was rejected which richsweeps.com says it was rejected on my end. So I try 300sc with my other card through chime and it goes through instantly! Then I put the balance to redeem to that same card they just paid me 300sc on so 2700sc which they already cleared but now they say has to go through the same excuses they put me through in the first place which could be 10 days!? I have a plethora of back and forths with my vip agent saying some bigger payments might not have gone through because of a payer error!? I'm so flustered and sick of being told to be patient I'm close to saying terrible things to them! Please help me!!

Rejected redemptions and a failed processor

I used this new site in late July until August. I had a total of over 20 redemptions marked "rejected". Their support staff had every excuse. When I had a meeting with their manager, Adam, he explained their processor is the lowest level and is overwhelmed by all the transactions. I asked for a full refund. I was not given this. They also advertise "instant redemptions", which is clearly falsified.
