Redemption delayed since April 14th


I won 2000 on the 14th of April under the assumption it was an instant withdrawal, as it says.

I've still yet to get it, and all they are telling me is to withdraw less or that my redemption is in the final stage.

It even put it back on my account, and I had to resubmit it.

It's been like 13 days, and they won't tell me anything.
