I created a new account and got 10 free bonus. I won up to 80 euro and wagered a part of the requirements. Then guess what, when I logged out I could not log in anymore and I also could not get a reset link with the recovery option. I contacted live support and even they could not send me the link. MOREOVER, they blamed ME for entering to many times false log in details that it was MY fault for failing they're system. He offered me to create a new account LOL.
