I am lodging a formal complaint against Quickwin regarding a severe breach of responsible gambling protocols and a failure in their duty of care.

Quickwin permitted the reopening of my account and accepted subsequent financial deposits after I explicitly informed them that I suffer from a gambling problem.

Furthermore, this represents a systemic operational failure by the parent network, Rabidi N.V., as they previously allowed an identical breach on another of their brands, Dolfwin, where a self-excluded account was also reopened under similar circumstances.

I contacted Quickwin support via email, live chat etc, and have the email from back at the start of January, which i have previously provided, stating my account had been closed after I had confirmed my gambling problem and required my account to be permanently closed due to addiction.

Despite this binding declaration, the casino subsequently reopened my account, directly violating industry-standard self-exclusion frameworks.

Between January and July of 2026, I was permitted to make a series of financial transactions.

Total Deposited across multiple platforms in excess of 10k.

Under standard responsible gaming guidelines, once a player declares a gambling problem, an operator must immediately and irreversibly terminate access to the service across all network brands to prevent financial and psychological harm.

By actively reopening my account, Quickwin facilitated predatory behavior toward a vulnerable player.

Because these deposits were accepted illegally after a formal declaration of gambling harm, I demand a full refund of all funds deposited from January 2026 to today. The account was improperly reactivated.

I have retained comprehensive, time-stamped screenshots of my original gambling problem disclosure and my deposit history.

I have provided my bank details below and want this refund processed immediately.

I have sent the above to Quickwin already and they have come back with the below, which is complete nonsense, there were no bets pending or balance on the account, they took 2 months to action my request to close my account due to gambling additiction, and have reopened it knowing full well I had an issue, screenshots attached for now, but I can provide full email conversations, as well as previous issues had with their affiliate companies when closing accounts, dolfwin is another site whom they did this exact same thing to me.

Thank you for contacting the QuickWin.com support team.

We would like to clarify with you that, upon our previous communication from 4th of May 2025 regarding the closure of your account, you were asked to confirm the active balance / pending withdrawals void in order to perform the closure, as per our procedure explained in T&C 3.7.

The account was closed for a period of 1 year due to the lack of response from your side regarding the voidance and reopened once this period expired.

Based on this, we regret to inform you that a refund is not available for your account, since you did not inform us about your wish to stop using our services permanently after the reopening of the account.

We hope this clarifies the matter for you!"

The above absolutely clarifies one thing to me: these are con men, and targeting people with gambling problems.

I am filing a formal complaint against QuickWin Casino regarding an unreasonably delayed withdrawal.

I currently have one pending withdrawal that has not been processed within the timeframe communicated by the casino.

Despite this assurance, the withdrawal still has not been processed, and there has been no progress or explanation.

I am filing a formal complaint against Quickwin Casino due to a violation of their withdrawal processing terms. I currently have two pending withdrawals that have not been processed within the official 72-hour timeframe.

Here are the exact details of the transactions:
1. First withdrawal request: Submitted on May 23rd, 2026, at 22:17:07 for the amount of 9,880 CZK.
2. Second withdrawal request: Submitted on May 24th, 2026, at 17:22:46 for the amount of 10,080 CZK.
Total disputed amount: 19,960 CZK.

According to the casino's terms and conditions, the standard processing window is up to 3 business days.

On May 26th, I contacted live support, and the agent explicitly confirmed that my account was fully fine and did not require any additional verification at that moment.

Yesterday, on Wednesday, May 27th, the 3 business days timeframe officially expired for both requests (even when excluding the weekend). I contacted live support again to escalate the issue. However, the agent refused to process the payouts and instead told me that I should file an internal email complaint, which takes up to 10 calendar days to be reviewed.

I strongly believe the casino is intentionally stalling the payouts and violating its own rules. I have tried to resolve this amicably via chat, but without success. I have attached the screenshot of my last chat with support as evidence of their delay tactics.

April 3rd: Filed a formal complaint via email as the technical team failed to provide a solution.

April 6th-7th: Agents Bell and Yves officially authorized a 'Manual Administrative Payout' for my full balance under Case 47810416. Agent Yves explicitly admitted that the standard 72-hour timeframe was 'inadequate' for this long-standing error and promised a priority resolution.

Despite these official commitments and a balance that remains fully accessible for play but blocked for withdrawal, the casino has failed to execute the transfer. I have provided video evidence and chat transcripts to their support, with no result. I demand the immediate release of my S/ 9,125.74 via USDT to my previous withdrawall method. I really liked the variety of games and the user-friendly website. If my withdrawals had been processed smoothly, I think I would’ve enjoyed playing here. Unfortunately, the ongoing withdrawal issues have completely soured my experience.

I have meticulously documented every stage of my withdrawal attempts and complied fully with QuickWin’s Terms & Conditions and verification requests from day one. Despite this, they have canceled four of my withdrawals without valid reasons, each time inventing new excuses that I have disproven with clear evidence.

They repeatedly promise manual payment options when withdrawals fail, but these promises are never honored.

Customer support is frustratingly unhelpful — live chat is never available to escalate issues, I’m not allowed to speak with a manager or financial department, and they refuse to provide proof for their claims blaming payment providers or my bank.

Their lack of transparency, ongoing delays, and unwillingness to resolve issues professionally show a blatant disregard for players’ rights and their own licensing obligations.

I am still waiting for my first withdrawal to be processed, and the whole experience feels like a stalling tactic to avoid paying out.

If you value your time and money, avoid QuickWin.

Quick win's site design is really cool with its unique mix of red and black. Also love that they have a separate section for instant games, which comes in handy when I just want to pass the time. Quick win is definitely growing on me with its features.

Quick win has a cool car-themed design, but it would be better if the site loaded faster. I'm also unsure if they support crypto, as I only see fiat currencies mentioned in the faq. These improvements would unlock quick win's great potential for me.

Just joined a couple weeks ago. Seemed okay. Games I like, all the popular ones, easy to navigate. Of course simple to deposit. E transfer accepted.

The run around to withdraw!!!!!!!!!!! Put in for withdrawal of $330. Will not let me upload verification documents. Talked to live help. They just copy/paste replies, same one every time. They don’t even listen to what you’re asking. Tried emailing support, same thing. Then they just reverse withdrawal, no explanation. Stay far far away from this one. Crooks. Will file complaint if no resolution within a month.

Maybe this online casino was owned by Rabidi in the past but as of November 12 2023 it does not display neither licence number nor the name of the owner. When you ask the help desk about their legal status they point you to the T&C which does not contain any legal details. There are plenty of legit and legal online casinos, this one is not one of them.
