Delayed payment for too long

I registered and wagered the welcome offer at Queenspins on January 13th. After wager I had 8977 EUR in my balance. I requested 4000 + 4000 + 977 EUR withdrawals.
The casino then closed my account and requested for documents. I have sent them bank statements and source of funds documents for three months, as well as selfie with passport, passport picture, address document, credit card copies.

Their last email was on March 12th and since then I have not heard from them and the chat cannot help.

Could you reach to the Queenspins representative and ask why the delay and if they could complete the verification and payments.

Account disabled and casino does not answer

Hi.

I have something weird to tell you about Queenspins Casino.

I registered this casino on 18.1.2022 and took their Welcome Bonus. I deposited two times, and on the second deposit I managed to wager the second welcome bonus and made a withdrawal of 1992,8 euros. I posted the KYC-documents in my profile: a photo of my ID, a selfie with it, a proof of deposit and a proof of address (a utility bill).

Two days after that I tried to check the status of the withdrawal. I tried to log in, but I get an error message "Your accont is disabled". I instantly e-mailed the casino (on 20.1.2022) and asked them what is going on. Now it is 30.1.2022 and the casino has not answered me anything. I am very confused about the situation and would be very glad if you AskGamblers could help me to get contact with the casino and also get my well deserved money.

Queenspins casino is a brand new online casino, owned by Dama N.V. The casino seems to have a nice layout with dark colors as the main theme. Overall, the site is designed with a way that makes the navigation easy, but it seems difficult to choose software providers for some reason due to not showing the names but rather their logo.

Also, another good thing is that there is no lagging while running the site. Now, when I signed up here, I decided that the best thing to do was to upload the required documents in order to have my account fully verified before I make any withdrawal. I asked support about the verification time process and I was told that even though it is not mandatory to verify my account at the time being, it just takes 1 hours depending on the workload. Well, to sum it up, my account was never verified.

When it comes to the welcome bonus, Queenspins casino offers a generous 100% match deposit bonus for the 1st deposit. A nice 50% match deposit bonus for the 2nd and 3rd deposit. And a 50% match deposit bonus for the 4th until the 6th deposit. Well, to be honest i was not impressed by the offer, due to the high wagering requirements.

Also, Queenspins casino has a variety of software providers. Also, when it comes to the support, the live chat is always active and respond pretty fast and they seem to be friendly. When it comes to the withdrawal time frames, unfortunately, i did not have the chance to request any withdrawal, so I do not know. Well, the casino in my opinion needs work. First of all, the day I uploaded my docs to be verified was months ago. It must be at least 1 and a half month ago, when I first uploaded my documents.
