I really like the selection of live dealer games of Premier Casino and how they are easily available for mobile app. that made playing more fun for me. I also appreciate their live chat function since it's available all the time.
It is a great site but I think they can definitely fix some issues when it comes to their payment methods because there are times when my choices work for me and they suddenly don't. would love it if it was smooth.
I do not recommend playing at this casino. At least not if you are from Sweden. I signed up via their pay n play option with BankID. I made a deposit, played for a while, then I was inactive for a bit, and got signed out. When I was going to log back in, I couldn't find any option that let me log in again with only BankID verification.
So, I contacted the support and explained the situation. I spent about 1 hour trying to explain my problem to them, but it was clear that they didn't have a clue about what was going on. After a while, they sent me a passwords reset link (I didn't sign up with username and password, I used BankID). But, I reset my password, but ofc that didn't help because there where still nowhere to log in except with BankID, but that didn't work because when I clicked "resume playing" it just took me to the page to make a deposit, which I didn't want to do.
I thought the only way to get back into my account was to make an additional deposit, but I didn't want to do that. Then, I got the idea to go to their website with a VPN from another country, and then I got the option to log in with my passwords and email. So I told the support agent it worked, but then they just turned on me and said that I need to upload all my documents and request a withdrawal and they will close my account. I asked why but didn't got any answer, they just left the chat. So, I did upload drivers license, utility bill and bank statement and request a withdrawal via Trustly to the same account that I made the deposit from.
It´s been a day ago and haven't heard anything or got my withdrawal. And I was on a win streak, I have go from 70€ 810€ in less than 30 minutes. So, I do not recommend anyone from Sweden to play here. And the support is really unaware of how the casino works.
