Every type of withdrawal is rejected


Hi,

I deposited to this a/c via visa debit card and completed their verification process and requested a withdrawal via this card which was rejected.

I contacted their online help and they suggested to withdrawal via bank transfer which again was rejected as I had a iban that had GB in it. So they suggested another a/c which I supplied a screenshot of a/c details and iban this was rejected. They suggested skrill so I made a deposit and played.

Supplied a screenshot of a/c details etc. Then this was rejected.

I am at a total loss as to how to proceed to withdrawal my money.

Could you please confirm that the money are still not in your bank account? The transfer was was processed on 19th from our end and for the bank transfers usually take around 5-7 working days to be processed from the bank side.

After this period, if the money are still not in your bank account, please let us know and we will investigate further.
