Great variety of games, great layout - I made about $200 in deposits since Saturday and today I hit big! Managed to win over $8000 which is the most I've ever won in any online casino, and I've played too many to count!

I deposited using MasterCard, so on their website I could not process any withdrawal requests because it will not return to MasterCard, and there were no other options, after some chatting with their online support they directed me to send an email to support requesting a bank wire.
I've sent all verification documents at the same time hoping to expedite the process (driver's licence, credit card pics, utility bill, banking info and bank statement confirming it is my account) I emailed my request to support about 4 hours ago, so now I wait....if all goes well this rating will be 10\10!
Lack of withdraw options on website...if you accept MasterCard then you should offer other options directly on your website to process a withdrawal instead of having to email support. (i.e. bank wire)
